Thx anna. was confused betweenWego and Aviator. I decided tht if i dont find an Aviator in any of the showroom, i'd pick up the wego. But to my luck, JSP honda had one!

But pathetic costumer care those assholes have! Cant beleive tht these guys sell SBK's as well! god help honda!

Had an accident close to my office. Courtesy- A bugger who suddenly turns right without seeing who all are behind. Bruised all the way but helmet saved me. Felt really sorry for my pillion rider. After first aid and dressing we had to face another torture. The guy who turned right accused us for the accident and wanted us to settle the bill. To top it all he threatened to file a case if we didn't settle his bill. We were really pissed off and asked them to do whatever they feel like. Infact we thought of filing a case.
Later when we were leaving one of his friend comes and politely asks for my bike no. .
Had a rough day.

Thts how hyderabadi is! if he accuse you for the accident then just simply start shouting at him in front of everyone else saying he was responsible....mob would obviously start to support you. Then its upto to him whether to come to a compromise or not

Hope ur pillion recovers fast! geese jan is full of accidents!

How are the injuries and pillion?
You will find loads of them on the roads here. Such people make roads bad and not safe. Rather than the speed you are travelling on the city roads, its the other guys on roads who are more dangerous.

Be more cautious on HITEC city during early mornings, as most of the people become NRI and have confusion with the direction of travel.

The most hurting thing is the attitude of the people after bumping in, Happened quite a few times with me. The see as if they have done favour of bumping into the bike instead of me.
I have started back by doing the same to them and gently say sorry.

Thats really sad Juris. Hope you and your friend have just bruises. Above the injuries, what hurts and frustrates you is the attitude of the morons. Just take a chillpill and forget about it; just take care of you and your ride.

very true! i find extremely difficult to keep myself under check whenever someone blatantly denies his/her mistake and then in turn blame me! uk is a breeze to drive and cant wait to go back! bet you're having fun over there

Bruises are healing and by God's grace everything is normal. Was worried about pillion rider and went for her CT scan. Everything's fine.
Was first accident ever and really it was an experience(root cause analysis part was mind boggling).What really turned us off were stupid accusations of the other person and his threats of filing a police case. Taking a break from office and will see on this weekend how much moolah I need to shell on my bike.

Harsha and myself have completed a fast but safe trip to hyderabad to kamareddy and back! altogether 300km ride! everything went according to the plan except we were surprised by the mileage on that ride! a shade under 20kmpl for both of us! but i guess we cant expect much more specially since we travelled the 250km highway stretch in less than 2 hours (110mins), what say harsha?

p.s. we rode very safely to be honest

i m planning to buy gloves n confused b/w dsg revive n cramster twister....plz do suggest me a gud one...

its mostly for city rides n often for day trips...

n one more thing..i had wrist pain in my last ride... i never had it before...do gloves help me avoid that????

u r welcome abhinav..:P...and the ride is simply AWESOME...i think we took much less time returning from there compared to the time we took to reach there...and while returning i am completely surprised to see reserve light glowing when we are 20kms away from the city....and we reached top speeds of machine and its full of adrenaline rush..and the roads are simply superb with 2-3 kms flat streches at few places........only one picfor the whole ride (just to remember that we rode):P.......we should go for another ride in march first or second week i think its too early to say this...and would be for belum caves near kurnool and we can make it a big one...lets see how many are interested...........
