Had my first accident today. the reason was a dead rat.......
yes u read that right, a 'dead rat'.
few crows swooped down on the road to enjoy their meal, a modest car driver (maybe a PETA activist), hit the brakes hard (speed >60kmph), a taxi behind it followed the suit and I being behind the taxi had to join the party, lost my balance and skidded on the road, luckily was wearing my jacket n gloves, the gloves were torn but my palm was safe, unfortunately wasn't wearing my knee guards (as being within city limits), scratched my knee.
But the whole incident taught me a novel way of getting hit

My incident today was something of the reverse of that.
Was stopped in traffic when I got a sudden jolt. Looked back and saw that a brand new splendor had rammed into me and had fallen to the ground with just the pillion getting up off the ground. The rider had already gotten up and opened the door of the innova behind him which had rammed into him and was busy giving the driver, who had been talking on the mobile, a choice piece of his mind. Saw that my bike was okay, i was okay, wife was okay, and left them to their own devices.
