You have them in Vasai though I havent used one personally.

Other option.
Plonk in all the useless stuff on the bike. Crash. Claim insurance. Be Happy

Contact Suzuki and rip them apart for poor quality

I cannot claim insurance because the bike has a dent already which looks very old. Yes I can crash it now & claim fresh.

Suzuki is replacing rusted tanks. Yes it is replacing 2 year old rusted tanks*source: Ownership thread* But the condition is that ALL free & paid services must be done. I have ZERO stamps. Never. So no replacement. Suzuki confirmed the same.

I'm quite confident with Electrolysis. Found the whole process simple at TeamBHP's forum
Reddy even refused to touch my bike when I asked him to clean the tank or do something at least. What do you personally think about this rust? What would you have done?

Sorry to say but you can't escape the consequences of not servicing your bike regularly and taking good care of her. Someway or the other you will have to pay the cost either by money or time. I would suggest just take a lesson from this incident and get the tank replaced for full cost. Nothing compares to OEM stock replacement. But all this if you plan to keep the bike for few more years. If you are planning to sell it then que sera sera !

But Rohit, ZERO stamps in the book means nothing from the SVC. I did service from the regular mechanics. Yes, not every 500KMS but when I felt like. Bike is butter smooth & gives nice 50+mileage. 4.6K is right now too much for me & hence these other magajmaris.

OK. So it was serviced. But how did the tank rust so much ? ... Didn't bike ever stall due to water in petrol ? ... Such things cannot go unnoticed I hope you understand ... I would still suggest getting a new tank if you wish to retain the bike for long term !

Yeah it did stall. Its like both my & manufacturing mistake. 2012 model tanks are now Anti-rust *ownership thread guys say that* so lets see now.
