Uniforms! I really don't need a uniform! But meeting every week or two weeks is an awesome idea!!! Where Rony bhai, he'll take care of all the paper work to be done in these G2Gs, lists, meeting points, assembly time, leaving time etc.etc.

Everything should be on paper.. An entire detailed plan should be made, agenda should be decided. So we can review the last week discussion & note down the current one.
If possible, each can carry hard copy & probably maintain a physical file too..

Why don't we start using patches?

On Cross hatch pattern wala fabric, so the canvas looks like a lot of Xs (refer to attached fig)

The Color of the Division can state the rank of the person.

Or alternatively a separate patch for the positions can be used, and the member patch will be common with some xbhp insignia

I think you are forgetting what kakkad said -- the one who did leh gets 30 salutes automatically irrespective of senior junior

We can have kakkar & sachin dressed up in bikinis for entertainment and their bill I.e. food one will be shared by other members (sorry couldn't resist this one)

Well the thing to take from this is yeah a monthly g2g should be held coz a weekly is simply not possible here

As far as other "rules" mentioned we as opposed to other counterparts live life by the clock and rules for 5-6 days a week so for us biking is a lot more than the rules & law & order at g2gs coz in these many years there only has been happy memories of any g2g without a single small unpleasant incident

The earlier ones of gear mandate definitely remains
