They can than be awarded higher rank badges or labels.

2)A salute to the person with higher rank.

PS: My dream , having weekly G2Gs in Bombay
I completely agree to your points especially no 2

We should also implement the following according to me:

1)A general uniform should be decided for G2Gs in addition to gear mandate so that we feel of one brotherhood & everyone knows that each one in that particular uniform has come for the same purpose. This also eliminates the vain ness of many people who try to show off with their clothes.

2)A badge or a label should be made for presiding secretary so that people understand that he is the secretary of that G2G or we appoint a general secretary,a treasurer, president etc for periods ranging from six months to one year

3)A bell or a whistle should be kept on hand to admonish anyone who goes out of line during the meeting in progress.I see a lot of people engaging in personal conversations which should not be a deterrent to the overall decorum of the forum

4)New badges or labels should be designed for ranking so that the discipline can be maintained -- this can be based on no. of criteria such as activeness on forum,no.of posts, ability to take initiative, leadership quality,no. of years in biking -- these can be of different colors & stripes if needed so that positions of members are well defined

5)All tech discussions should have an expert (pre decided) and an assistant for demonstrating with the help of drawings, talks & presentations to the people present the finer aspects of that particular topic

6)All the minutes of meeting must be noted in prescribed format only & than circulated vide email or PM or any other means since such vital information may get lost in the pages of the offline thread or have a sticky thread made for the same

7)a recorder of sorts to be made available to capture such events so that issues which arise later can be sorted out by referring to these footages

    8)

    9)

please feel free to add more points as deemed necessary by you such as to make this chapter a strong disciplined upholder of bikeism-------[/COLOR]
Can we make it compulsory for the juniors to salute the seniors whenever they see one .In that way the seniors would feel good and be enthusiastic to share their knowlwdge and experience with juniors and also feel acknowledged for their acheivements....

      1) We can do a safety analysis of cornering at lavasa, ambey valley, Mumbai-pune Highway, palm beach road, etc. and point out critical sitting positions all senior SIR can always guide us by ppt files or videos taken during ideal cornering
      2) The things you should not do when your about to crash (those 0.5-1 sec) i think few pages back somebody has shared his experience how he mate with an accident and stiil able to survive by his smartness (things he avoided during crash) we need such valuable information man
Time duration for G2G if we are following Pune trend that last almost 2hrs then we need toilet brake 2 hrs is long time even meetings in office have such tea brake or toilet brake and for emergency situation person can go directly to washroom without taking permission from secretary or G2G captain
Never bark with horn Roar with exhaust

                • Its a great idea but it will be too damn corporate. But a structured meet is an excellent thought. And i beleive that this is a biking brotherhood, so no one needs to salute anyone especially juniors saluting seniors. A handshake would do the trick or a hi 5 if u wanna look cool while doin it. Introduction sessions are a must and one can share details like
                  1. Name
                  2. Current bike/s
                  3. XBhp id
                  4. Location of residence (this will help them in finding local xbhpiabs to ride or tag along with).

                  Just my 2 cents.
Just flick the switch and twist my wrist
The beast comes alive, bringing me back to life
A tap to shift and flick of the wrist
The beast takes flight bringing me back to life
Kill the silence, tear apart the dark
The beast rips the road, hell yeah, i feel alive.

I think you are forgetting what kakkad said -- the one who did leh gets 30 salutes automatically irrespective of senior junior

I am just loving this thread again

On Anniversary G2G , we can have parade from or xbhpian jawans

20-30 bikes in formation doing wheelie, burnouts etc.

I think a recorder is already mentioned in my suggestions & it is obvious a laptop is a must for MOM

I think you first need a discipline in reading what others have already said

Ofcourse , and also by having a laptop we can arrange WebEx meetings with neighbouring cities to maintain cordination and see to it that we are in pace with them.
