yes my bike feels strained at those speeds and gives shitt mileage its dazzler sirjee..
and at 85 or abv 39 is the efficiency.....

I get that much on the R15 with Avg speeds of 90.. And ofcourse occasional ripping on the highway..

yes now i learnt tht better performance bikes aur aam janta ki bike mei jayada farak nahi hai when u try to rip it...
next bike wont be based on mileage criteria...still i love my bike because it serves my purpose at this stage of my life..

IMHO, if it was known beforehand that total distance would add up to 195~200 KM then you should have pre filled her with say ~5L ( considering poor FE of 40KM/L)...

@I_Live2Ridebefore the ride i had decided i wont strain the bike so accordingly filled 300rs fuel but roads were nice and icudnt controll...
it wud be insult to road if i was riding 55kmph...

yes i got these mileage readings before also, I have rarely taken my bike to 90kmph its a vibrator above 4500rpm
whatever the short comings of this bike i love it and is never for sale...

on the way to Kelwa beach another spontaneous ride left at 1430Hrs..returned back by 1930Hrs
distance 195km round trip
Nice sleepy beach a bit dirty turned back ssing the dirt decided to visit shitladevi temple but was asked to remove shoes, socks so dint go because had worn the knee guards inside sab utaarna padta...

Lessons learnt
1)Try to be correct with proper pronounciation of the places other wise u wud be standing near your destination and you would be given wrong guidance...happend to me i asked for varaai naka and they said no idea (the locals), said varai naka and then they guided me and i am very bad at marathi..
2)There are 2 or 3 fuel stations inside the village which is about 35km inside from the national highway and due to ripping my bike to speed of 65-70kmph i needed fuel while returning and learnt that the frst fuel station was out of fuel..thanks to the next fuel station next time i would tank up from the highway duel stations..better to be safe before entering village areas..while returning i did 85-90kmph

haha....the same thing happened to me at Mysore bus station in 2007. As advised, I kept asking for the bus for 'Dasantkappal' and my search went on for more than an hour. Meanwhile, a sardar came up to help me but he too couldn't find out and gave up finally after 30 minutes. Nobody knew where this place was, leave alone the bus that would go there! I knew something was definitely silly wrong...I suddenly asked a bus driver,"What's the bus number for 'Daassanakoppaloo', and voila! That was the bus. Learnt it the hard way indeed!
