LOL! LOL! no re mitra! no matter what i ride, main hamesha zameen par he rahoonga 
hell, i wanted to be there @ the flaglet signing event, however i just cudnt let the lavasa ride pass... so had to opt out.
as is the case w/ all my trips [regardless of what machine i ride,] i end up riding solo, no matter whom i am riding with
i was @ airoli when folks were @ palm beach @ 5am.
i was @ khopoli when folks were having breakfast @ kamat, khandala.
i was @ kamat when folks were crossing the wadgaon toll.
i was @ wadgaon toll when folks were done 2nd breakfast @ joshi wadewale, wakad.
but thereafter i was ahead of most of the lot till lavasa.
the n650 takes riding in rains to a completely different league - i am certain that her tires develop talons [like most cats] & those grip the tarmac w/ ferocious intensity!
on avenger200 i had to find reasons not to ride... on n650 i have to find reasons to stay inside back @ home!
wifey is already giving me the stick - tomney martey mala - 'tera appointment lena padega weekend par abhi' karun!
i will ride w/ my friends, sbk or no sbk... that really does'nt matter - kab aur kidhar jana hain bol
Addendum @JayD : oh and 1 more thing... rode the D390 yesterday, for a few good kms... the saddle & the ride itself is a bit on stiff side for my tastes / age... but am telling u... that machine is gonna give the N300 pissed pants!!! she is a rascal of a machine & man she flies as if she were on fire! ur elixir, my friend, is gonna put an eternal wide grin on ur big face... i tell u that! she will eat all sub-400cc machines for breakfast & wont even burp!!! u've been forewarned
