Keep the G2G on a satuarday night so the we can have it for a longer time throught the night and sunday can be a day to rest for many people. I myself will leave work at 10pm in saturday, but will turn up for the G2G if people stay for a long time like the last time I went to a G2G a year back almost up-till 3am that is :P

Hey guys. It's been quite some time since we met. So let's meet up this Sunday evening. I'm keeping the location open for selection. Suggestions are welcome.

Date: 25th August, 2013 (Sunday)
Time: 6 PM
Location: Godhbunder/Fountain/Pls Suggest
Riding Gear: Helmet mandatory. Other gears highly recommended but not mandatory.

Hey guyz, would really appreciate if someone can give me some info on the road condition from Ghoti to Bhandardara. My trip is planned on 1st sep from Mumbai. I believe the road till Igatpuri would be good as its a highway, so want to know beyond that. Its my first ride to Bhandardara and will definately post about my trip when i get back. Thanks.

I had been to shirdi...via the ghoti road...in the month of march...there are some patches which were terrible...road till igatpuri is good...

1. Malshej : When we (xBHP) people went Malshej there was a check Post remember ?
There every one was checked for Bike Documents & License.
Is the checking always there ?
I wanted to go this Sunday with a Pillion.


2. How's the Traffic for Lonavala on Sunday ?
Like I'll leave from Mumbai by 9 / 9:30am and want to return by 5-6pm.


Just don't want any Police Drama !

Don't know about the checking at Malshej.. But lonavala on Sunday is a bad idea.. Lotta traffic..

Well i have been visiting Malshej since the last 2 years during monsoon and that too on sundays and i have always seen the checkpost there. So i believe it would still be there and in a way it is good as it helps in curbing drunk driving incidents (u may be knowing the sunday crowd there). Also, they will check your documents / whether you are drunk or carrying any alcohol. So why bother? Carry all your documents and atleast wear a helmet.

As for lonavala, after my experience 1 month back on a sunday, just 1 word - AVOID. Its crowded way beyond capacity, full of cheap public and the traffic jam starts in the afternoon from lions point right till the highway. Trust me, neither will u enjoy lonavala nor riding the bike so always avoid weekends. Hope it helps. Ride safe.

Thanks bro. I know the ghoti road is full of patches and now that its been raining and raining, i am hoping for the best and prepared for the worst, worst being for my bike and the pillon. Anyway will surely post my experience when i get back. Cheers.

Well I went with friend 2-3 times on SUnday but it was kind of GUY-TRIP.
My 220 & his Duke.. Just Throttling up and moving On.

But this time cannot take the risk of getting late because of Friend with me.

hehe.. I have helmet and all but the f-up is I don't have even a Single documents including DL, RC, Insurance, FIR after I lost all of them 2 months back.
So wanted to be out of headache.

Bro.. i am still wondering how you are riding in Mumbai? Like i get out of my house and every other lane has a cop plus the nakabandis here and there. I am sure i would see one standing outside my door very soon.
So are you riding or flying? Or perhaps bribing ??

On a very serious note, get all your documents as soon as you can. Wondering what you have been doing since 2 months. Also next time keep a xerox copy of all the documents at home, makes the process easier and faster when required for a reissue.
