Even I was surprised. I went there with full preparation and was confused-nervous after years I guess because of the First real Interview ! :/

I went there he came casually, he said ok lets go out. We went near bike and while sitting on bike I got job in just 20 seconds.
No test, No work show, nothing need from me like my other 7 friends who tried / working there.


Maybe yesterday's effect.
I wasn't going in any Ganpati atall this year to avoid crowd and all but then it was last day yesterday, I got a call for same evening, I gotta see so many Bappa on road and got the job too

Race Day at I-Land Racing Academy, Wadala (Nr. Imax Adlabs) on 22nd September. Its a dirt track kind of academy. But they are accepting all 2 wheeler entries. Don't know about the registration fee and all.

Race in following categories:

• Novice
• 2 Stroke
• 4 Stroke
• Scooter
• KTM Duke
• Kids under 10 & 14
• College
• Foreign Bikes
• 2 & 4 Stroke Mix

Hey guyss.. would really appreciate if some one would help and guide me a bit..
Finally i have planned on buying my first riding gear, my budget overall is max 8k and below are the options shortlised -
1) Spartan Icarus Jacket
2) Rynox rampage gloves
3) I saw some short round knee guards at the AH helmet store for Rs 1200 (cant recollect the brand name). I really liked them over those long ones.

Since these 3 items are within my budget, are they a good buy to start off with. I go on tours like once in a month or two and its only within maharashtra for now. Also i am really keen and looking forward to meeting you guys at the g2g, just that the absense of gears has been restricting me.

@Flybiker : icarus & rampage - both are good products.
may i suggest SPG PERSEUS Knee Protectors - non-bionic & hence need to be work INSIDE the pants - extremely comfortable - check those out & A. H. Helmets or on SPG FB page.
SPG also have Semi-Gauntlet gloves - CENTAUR - check those out too.

Go for the Spartan Hyperion. It's their premium jacket that looks n feels d part. If there has been no price increase, should be ~8k. Have been using it for last 6 Mnths.

Also, check out DSG Revive and Spartan's gloves. Would suggest em over Rynox

Thanks buddy.. i spoke wit the uncle at AH helmets and he said he would give a 10% discount (after tellin him that i am a xbhp member) only on the gloves and not on the jacket.. still sumthin better than nothing.. but thanks once again.!!

Also for the gloves part as u said, i will consider the phaeton over the rampage. But rampage does look cool especially in red.

Lastly how abt rjays? Swift jacket and canyon gloves?
