I am not new to riding i sometimes drive from suburbs to mumbai and reverse thats about 55 kms one way

However i consider myself novoice as i have not taken longer drives than 110 to 125 kms a day

The problem i faced on a continuos riding of an hour or so (without break) i start to feel back pain (can road be culprit )

I am looking for any solution as because of the problem i might not be able to join any G2Gs which i strongly wish once in a lifetime atleast !

I drive a 2 year old honda unicorn done 7500 kms just !

Any suggestion or tips ?

Regular breaks are needed when ur going for a ride also to keep yourself well hydrated at all times...start taking short rides so that you get used to go on rides...and also yes...roads are one of the culprits that cause a major damage

I am healthy person weighing 70kg have done gymming 2 yrs and besides i usually run and walk 5 to 10kms a day except when exams around corner

Anyway i shall try what pulsar Hardcore said and will surely give feedback

I do not think i have a back problem
I am healthy person weighing 70kg have done gymming 2 yrs and besides i usually run and walk 5 to 10kms a day except when exams around corner

Just keep riding & it should heal after few times. Its the same kind of pain how you get after the first day in Gym. You have to continue doing it..

Wow thanks a lot for that detailed account. Really clarified things up for me. And yes I plan to stay away from groups till I have the confidence to ride with them. This trip is being planned with a friend with similar riding style. Will keep in mind about avoiding road racing and speed control.

Your riding style, posture and experience plays part in answering your question.

Like Rachit said its the just keep on riding, If you still feel the pain I recommend see a Doctor and get your checked...

You can also your pine support belts available in market

Help in choosing handle

Hello folks,

I own a standard 350 and have back issues. I have bend in order to ride. I need some handle. Please help me choose one and any shops in Mumbai or South Mumbai which anyone can recommend for bullets

It appears you are in South Mumbai. If yes, Grant road should have some shops for you. Try to get a handlebar that compels you to keep your back straight.

Call the Mahim ASC. Its owner has parts store around Grant road.

There is official parts dealer in Santacruz west - Rajkamal.

Google for numbers.

Then try other ASCs. Someone will have it.

Yeah 1 found 1 in ASc need to see what has he to offer
