(6) Speaker of the Lok Sabha;
Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha;

Speakers of Legislative Assemblies in States and Union territories.

Deputy Speakers of Legislative Assemblies in States and Union territories;

3.45 The dignitaries mentioned in Clauses (5 ) to (7) of paragraph 3.44 may fly the National
Flag on their cars, whenever they consider it necessary or advisable.
3.46 When a foreign dignitary travels in a car provided by Government, the National Flag
will be flown on the right side of the car and the Flag of the foreign countries will be
flown on the left side of the car.

If you start from gandhi nagar at 7:15, you will never reach borivali before 8:00.

hehehee.. U just felt sleepy on that road. 12 months back I slept while riding on that road crashing onto left side of the road... Still slept for almost half an hour before I could wake up and realise... @ almost 2.30am ... It was a real funny and on other side equally dangerous scene...

We can go OT for this! The word respect\pride is an oxymoron in that context!

Respect may be over rated, but so is arrogance and ignorance. Lets talk about this further on 16th August
