    And that makes it two new places to ride out for. Kolli Hills & Nellore Beach.
    one more reason to head to nellore beach is they serve alcohol(read beer) on the beach).

        Welcome mate..

        @Chennai G2G

        Guys have you ever done the Tada, its a 100Km drive from chennai; a nice little not so steep trekking experience.
        I am sure you guys would have done it many times, but if not it would be a nice one day trip for our ChennaiG2G
        -Just my 2 cents.

            Why I asked you the details is that, the pictures which I happened to see on FB were amazing and only felt if the ride could be done in a days time. If you guys covered 220kms to see the morning sun rise, wondering what time did you start from here.
            The visit to the bird sanctuary was accidental on our way back, so was the whole ride . Its around 100kms from Chennai and about 10 kms from Sulurpet. An really nice place for a G2G. It is unlike Vedanthangal. No crowd, lots of birds, cool spots, lots of beautiful butterflies and dragonflies if you intend to do macro photography..We should go there for a g2g one day.
            Here is one pic of the path to the view point.

                  • Can someone suggest a good place to stay in coimbatore. Google helps, but first hand exp is better. My main requirement is that it should be nearby to Avinashi Road.

                    Thanks!
