If i do get the Zma tomorrow (Dealer's expecting the consignment to arrive tomorrow or the day after), Im in for the DD ride

Short as in back by lunch time MAX, so think of how many kms you can cover in about 8 hours !

No locations in mind as such....but I did see this thread on T-Bhp today....and now I'm tempted ....

Savandurga is just 50-60kms from Bangalore... There are two routes for it..

1. Bangalore - Magadi - Savandurga -> Great Roads with some great curves
2. Bangalore - Dabaspete - Savandurga - > Straight Road (NH till Dabaspete) boring scenaries...

But guys there is nothing in savandurga unless you want to do some trekking on the hot stone this summer with some monkey's playing around you.. You need to trek/walk all the way to top of the hill to see an view the Nandi Temple...

@all concerned : The Zma finally came home !
Picked her from a lot of four at 1.30. All the paper shuttling lead to me leaving the dealership at 5.30 in the evening.

The ride home was quite simply awesome. I felt at home right from the first metre

Now for the depressing news : Since i have my stupid college internals, i'll be missing the Sunday G2G
Covered 10 wonderful kms on the Zma today. Hands are itching to go on a ride soon...

Savandurga sounds good .. I'm tentatively in. Or we could go to shoolagiri. We should do some hill climbing on the 1 5 . Any other place I'm out.

Quite right, nothing to do other than the little off-roading! Plus the weather might just continue the way it is now, it would be really nice weather to trek on two wheels!
