Guys in bangalore, if you are looking for a hero service centre, then try out bimal. Its near gkvk. They have all the cool tech and gadgets and the showroom is simply huge! I'd say its the biggest showroom and service centre that I've seen in bangalore
Folks there are very cooperative and knowledgeable.

Do they have parts in stock? The Millennium Honda service center at Domlur is just pathetic. They don't have black rear view mirrors since a year!

Yes bro. It being a new showroom had ordered a bunch of spares from hero months before opening. To keep stock. So i guess they'll have stock of such parts. You can call and enquire the same!

What a wonderful G2G it was . Location had its own charm, non stop bakar added with late emergence of GT and Arnab. Hope to have more sessions like this in future . As discussed, the routemap, places to visit on day 1 would be put up soon for the 17th G2G to ooway.

So here is the final plan guys:

xBhp Bangalore ride - OOWAY ride - 13th 14th June 2015

Meeting point: Mysore Road Nice road junction before Panchamukha Ganesha Temple

Meeting time: 0230hrs

Starting time: 0300hrs

Guys do go through the map once as we are not going through the usual Gundulpet route rather we are going through Mysore - H DKotte - Mananthavady - Sulthan Bathery - Wayanad Dreamnest Resort.

First Stop: Empire Hotel Maddur
Second Stop: Mysore - Parvez and Nitin would be joing us from there. Regrouping
Third Stop: Regrouping Near Nagarhole National Park.
Reach: Wayanad Dreamnest Resort

Breakfast will be decided on spot.

Resort Address: Pulithooki, Kalloor, Noolppuzha (po), Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, Kerala 673592

Day1 Plan: Reach resort latest by 1100hrs. Get freshen up and head to visit places Karapuzha Dam and nearby places of Chembra Peak(it may also change depending on weather and as per people’s interest). By evening come back to resort and get ready for bonfire and dinner and doze off.

Day2 Plan:
Breakfast: 0730hrs
Start time: 0830hrs

Will be going to Ooty crossing 6^th Mile and 9^th Mile and if time permits we will explore Emerald Lake also.
As the plan is to cover OOTY-WAYANAD road section so will specifically stick to this route and will decide places on spot considering time and weather constraints.

Lunch in Ooty.

Starting back for Bangalore: 1430 hrs (02:30pm)

We are taking this route just to avoid Weekend Mysore road traffic and also wrath of Monsoon rains at that time.

Keep a note everyone, as we are quite in big number we all 35 bikes wont be riding together and would be divided into 3 groups with a time difference of 10mins.
Announcement of each group member will on the ride day.
Hope all of you are there in whatsapp group for regular updates; we would be updating on the forum as well.

Some important things to carry:
1) Rain gear
2) Extra socks
3) Plastic covers
4) Rain gear for luggage
5) Own toiletries
6) Bungee cords
7) Tool kit
8) Medical kit
9) Water bottle

Mandatory things: All necessary Docs like DL, RC Card, Insurance papers and Emission Control Paper.
Basic Riding gears including Helmet, Armored Jacket, Gloves, Knee guards and Elbow Guards. Same thing applies for pillions also. Please note that this is the time of the year when monsoon is fast approaching, so please carry rain gears along.


A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Everyone, please be in complete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.
