Triumph has unveiled its new range of Street Triple 765cc motorcycles as planned on 10th Jan 2017.
Not with one, Triumph offers 3 variants of Street Triple for 2017 named “Street Triple S”, “Street Triple R” and “Street Triple RS”. Triumph got a new 765cc engine developed from the race bred Daytona engine with more power and torque. Also says “the motorcycle got more than 80 new parts including an increased bore and stroke, new crank, pistons and Nikasil plated aluminium barrels. Each of the new models come with their own unique 765cc engine set-up, ECU and tune, each tailored to deliver the character, power and performance best suited to the bikes style of ride and rider. The new Street Triples also have an improved gear box with shorter 1st and 2nd gear ratios for better acceleration and revised geometry for slicker gear changes.”
Triumph Street Triple 765 series equipped with more technologies are Ride by wire, Riding modes (Road, Rain, Sport, Rider Programmable, and Track), new on-board computer, new switch cubes with 5 joystick, ABS, Switchable traction control, Gear position indicator, Quick shifter, DRL headlight, Sharper styling, Athletic poise, Sportier twin seat design and more detailing. Also Triumph provides 60+ street triple accessories to enhance the bike performance, protection, style and detailing.
