His back tyre was flat so couldn't test ride . All these found on visual inspection.
thanks dude for putting up my issue.
One more problem is that the neutral light won't work.
Pls help me on this.

Either neutral connector stub or Neutral contact plate inside gear box will be causing loose contact..while the neutral stub is simple to replace from outside, the contact plate replacement will need splitting of crankcase ..take time to read from Page 1000 till now..

The kicker woud've been way easier to use if the choke lever would've stayed in place instead of retrieving.
Not sure what you mean by stopper. I have removed chain cover and sari guard as well. Quiet heavy all together I should add, though can't say exactly how much. I'll try to post the weight some other day as i've stored them away and in no mood to take them out just now.

You better get a relay ASAP . Otherwise you might get problems with your switch (carbon deposits ) as well as wiring ( over load problems ) . Also , the brightness is much better with the relay and it doesn't cost a bomb !
I'd used a 55/60 without a relay in the past but am using a relay now . There is a difference in the light but the main thing is I've got peace of mind regarding the H/L now .

Default new pilot lamps for karizma..!!

guys changed the pilot lamps to super white LED bulbs ... 20rs each
attaching some pics of my bike...though they are looking bluish but believe me in reality they are bright white(like the audi lamps) ....i think its because of highly sensitive camera sensor...well have look at it..i love xbhp

thank you sir for replying and your suggestion...i was told by my mechanic that karizma's wiring is the Best....so i opened the fairing and put the bulb directly...and rode 3500+km till now including long trips like Lonavla to Goa.but it is always good to have peace of mind while riding long trips...i'll definitely put a relay ...can you tell me the procedure or diagram for it...anything is welcome...thanx in advance

The thing to which the kich starter rod is attached to, its cause of that the kick lever's movable.
