The 2016 Honda CBR 150R was launched in Indonesia. The 2016 bike gets a facelift and looks considerably better than the older model.
The new CBR 150R has been restyled and launched in Indonesia by Honda’s MotoGP riders Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez. The bike was launched at the Sentul International Circuit where the 2016 Honda RC213V was also unveiled by the two riders. Honda bringing their two biggest riders in the world and using them to launch this motorcycle in Indonesia shows how important that market is for the Japanese manufacturer.
The bike gets a new engine, a new frame and new design cues as is visible. Though the engine has been updated, the power figures are said to be the same. The bike has a redesigned digital console, indicators, and a completely redesigned front. The bike is available in Indonesia in four colours, red, white, black and the Repsol MotoGP colours at a price tag of 32.5 million IDR (Approx. 1.6 lakh INR).
We wait for this revamped bike to be launched in India as well.
