Yamaha has launched its new 2017 model R15 in Indonesia on 23rd January 2017. The launch of the all-new R15 was held at Sentul International circuit this morning in Indonesia. Movistar Yamaha MotoGP rider Maverick Vinales was there to launch the motorcycle.
Yesterday on 22nd Jan, in a local press conference Yamaha showcased 2017 model new R15 for the first time officially. MotoGP rider Valentino Rossi, Maverick Vinales, and CEO of Yamaha Motor Corp. Japan, Hiroyuki Yanagi was there in the event conducted by Yamaha local dealer PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing along with Yamaha Motor Co.
From the pictures, we can confirm that there is no ABS and comes with a complete digital console in the new 2017 R15 launched in Indonesia. Still, there are no proper specifications of the bike released by Yamaha. Since the bike got launched officially this morning the specifications will be available soon.
