With the rise of motorcycling in India, there has been a rise in the injuries and fatalities on the roads as well. We lose way too many people to road accidents than we should. One of the biggest reasons for that is the lack of proper riding gear. We, at xBhp, have always promoted safe riding and ATGATT i.e. All the gear all the time. But that alone is not going to work. And that is why a number of people have taken the initiative to do something about it. The result, we have quite a few Indian riding gear brands and more than quite a few shops who are willing to cater to this glaring need of riding gears for motorcyclists.

#xBhpTalks has now become a platform where we bring people from the motorcycling world to the fore to hear their stories from them. Essentially, a discussion over a coffee. This time around, we invited the people behind some of the most prominent riding gear brands in India and some of the most prominent riding gear and accessory stores in India. In addition to the discussion, we also have a section where we ask them the questions our viewers want to ask them and this time around, there were quite a few. Like always the video was broadcast live on Facebook and Instagram.

We asked them questions to bring forward their story, their inspiration which made them do what they are doing. And there’s a lot you get to know after the answers. Rynox, for example, only manufactured luggage solutions for motorcycles and ventured into riding gears afterwards as stated by Rahul. Bikeratti was born because Anuj had a crash and the gear he had on did not work the way it was supposed to. The store owners also had similar stories to share where PathPavers and Moto Madness were established by Piyush and Saranbir, respectively, more or less, because of a crash. Dinesh decided to start Riderz Planet because of the lack of riding gear stores in and around Delhi and he wanted to give back to the motorcycling community.
