Talan Skeels Piggins is a former Royal Navy fighter controller, who was paralysed from chest down when he was hit by a car into oncoming traffic while he was riding his Honda Fireblade in 2003. Doctors gave him a 30% chance of survival and told him he would never walk again.
But his love for two-wheels pushed him through, and he never lost the desire of motorcycling. He also won the 2015 Bridgestone World Cup, Italy in 600cc Paralysed category and he is a part of world’s first disabled motorcycle race team.
Talan and a team of three other disabled riders compete against able bodied competitiors. Dream the Impossible is a 90 minute documentary, featuring inspiring stories of four riders by following the team throughout their first session.
