Hyosung unveiled a middle weight street fighter GD450 at EICMA Motorshow, Milan. It’s a single cylinder 450cc motorcycle which produces 49bhp of power and 47.7Nm of peak torque. The bike also has a trellis frame with aluminium swing arm and weighs just 145 kgs.
The new Hyosung GD450 engine is mated to a constant mesh 6-speed transmission. Upfront, the bike gets 41mm upside down fork and single 300mm disc brake, while the rear get a 230mm single disc and mono shock with preload adjustment.
The Hyosung GD450 can also be termed as a powerfull version of GD250. Both are built on the same chassis though 450 has been set up differently to churn out more power from a single cylinder engine. This bike has been showcased as a concept model which is very close to its production version.
