Kawasaki has launched the 2017 versions of their radical Ninja H2, H2R and the limited edition H2 Carbon in India and has started taking bookings as well.
The latest H2 and H2R have undergone many changes and upgrades including Kawasaki’s electronics package, which incorporates the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), an updated Kawasaki Traction Control (KTC) and Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-Locking Braking System (KIBS).
Further changes include a revised exhaust system, which abides by the Euro IV emission requirements, clutch-less downshifts, ergonomics that can be customized by the rider. The Suspension is taken care by the high grade Ohlins TX.
The 2016 Ninja H2 got a new assist and slipper clutch allowing the lever pressure to function 40% lighter, reducing rider fatigue on longer journeys, and curbs rear-wheel hop during downshifts.
Recently, Kawasaki introduced the H2 Carbon in the international markets, the same is now available in India as well. The H2 Carbon has the carbon-fiber upper cowl and only 120 units of this limited edition H2 will be sold. Each H2 Carbon motorcycle will be individually numbered and have its serial number stamped on the right side casing of the Supercharger.
Lastly, H2 Carbon will be available in a new version of Kawasaki’s mirror silver paint which has a matte finish to it. Also, the green color on the frame is same as in the H2R.
