Now that its winter I'm so lazy to do cardio, have put on 3 extra kgs. 










am getting myself a cycle soon after winter passes by in Delhi.. time to reduce my small tummy..

..still the abdominal muscle tone exists at a lesser strength..Now a days I am laid back and do only 12 Kg Dumbels of 6 times 3sets,that too once or twice a week...takes about 15 minutes and no sweat...and no muscle pain...so I am still in my Safe area of operation.
