Dip the shield in soap solution ever so lightly place it on the mobile and once u r satisfied with the alignment press it a couple of times and then wait for sometime before u apply the next piece..
&in case you are not satisfied with the alignment, just rinse the phone well under flowing tap water!

      • Thanks a lot buddy, my friend was also telling me the same thing yesterday.
The first thing I noticed about LG Optimus Black was the form factor-I was like wow! Anyway...
As of now, the drawbacks I can find with Nexus S are:
        1. No dedicated video player (can be downloaded)
        2. No DivX/XVid support out of the box (can be downloaded)
        3. No dedicated camera button
        4. No 720p HD video recording (may be fixed with next update)
        5. No FM radio
        6. No expandable memory (comes with 16GB on board)
        7. No HSDPA support

The advantages with LG Optimus Black being:
        1. WiFi direct (don't know how that works)
        2. NOVA display with 700 nits of brightness, supposedly even brighter than iPhone which is 500 nits (cannot comment on that since I haven't experienced it)
        3. Expandable memory upto 32GB (I will have to purchase a card separately since it is coming only with 2GB)
        4. 2 mp front cam
        5. DivX/XVid support out of the box
        6. good video player
        7. FM radio
        8. HSDPA/HSUPA support

        The main disadvantages being:
        1. Comes with Android Froyo, instead of Gingerbread (LG says the update is coming in July)
        2. It is an LG phone!

I would like to receive your comments about the above mentioned disadvantages&especially, it would be very helpful if some owner using this phone can comment on the durability etc. since I am very impressed by the specs, but it takes a really hard thought to put down 20K+ on an LG phone!

So what am I supposed to infer from these 2 comments?[/QUOTE]

I can share with u my experience with SE Xperia Arc & Samsung Galaxy S2 but none of my pals has used a LG fone since past 6-12 months.

Since your budget is 20k, u have great choices to choose from (name HTC / SE / MOTOROLA / Nokia if u considering Symbian / Apple 3GS which now costing 20k)... and below are the links for LG Optimus Black reviews which should help u gain confidence on your handset.

LG Optimus Black review: Black and bright - GSMArena.com

LG Optimus Black review -- Engadget

Nexus S was a good handset with decent specs but phones which followed after its launch has brought more competition with neck-to-neck matching specs (some even better).

20k budget in a big decision and you should decide it wisely....

You must be the change you wish to see in the world

Oh, I am not a techie actually. I used to work indirectly for Microsoft, but not for the past 4.5 years.

As of now, the drawbacks I can find with Nexus S are: (My comments )
            1. No dedicated video player (can be downloaded) – no issues
            2. No DivX/XVid support out of the box (can be downloaded) – no issues
            3. No dedicated camera button ( Live with it )
            4. No 720p HD video recording (may be fixed with next update) – Don’t be bothered. I don’t record videos in 720 or 1080 p. Its sucks memory. DVD quality is more than enough. Believe me. 39 sec file is approx 85 Mb in full HD.
            5. No FM radio – Do you seriously listen to FM radio ? I don’t.
            6. No expandable memory (comes with 16GB on board) – This is your call, you will have around 12.6 GB for movies and other stuffs.
            7. No HSDPA support – Still 3 G is not fully implemented across India !
            8. AMOLED Display
9.NFC ( not sure when it Is going to come mainstream)
10.Cam is not in par even with the flash robbed SGS1. How is that ?

OP black looks sexy, but most of the communities are cribbing about lags and restarts in the phone. Yes, one of my friend has also exchanged the phone within 24 hours.

The advantages with LG Optimus Black being:
            1. WiFi direct (don't know how that works) you don’t need an access point. It works similar to blue tooth, except that the signals are WIFI. Two wifi direct devices can communicate without the presence of a wireless router or accesspoint, just like blue tooth.
            2. NOVA display with 700 nits of brightness, supposedly even brighter than iPhone which is 500 nits (cannot comment on that since I haven't experienced it)
I phone retina display is manufactured by LG. My SGS2 display at full brightness is around 300 nits( read some where, but it burns my eye). Can be useful outdoors.
            3. Expandable memory upto 32GB (I will have to purchase a card separately since it is coming only with 2GB)- extra space is always better. Shell out 3 k for 32gb class 4 sandisk. The best card for all around usability.
            4. 2 mp front cam – I believe 3 g calls are just in VGA resolutions.
            5. DivX/XVid support out of the box
            6. good video player
            7. FM radio
            8. HSDPA/HSUPA support

Phone is newly out,So not many can comment. Hell, most reviews were cribbing about the SGS 2 build quality, but I am loving it except for the Samsung logo in front.

He loves the screen guard, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the best out there. Mirror type screen protectors hamper visibility even indoors when the display brightness is kept verylow.Out doors, god help. You can see you face, not the screen

NOTE: Its purely my view. Pls Don’t mind typos in this post.

@Sarvajit - I favour the underdog here.Simply because, it runs wihtout any problem. I have no idea on the reliability of the LG phone. Even i took a leap of faith on the SGS2, but it ok. I was also able to track the problems in the UK phones before buying it. I knew the screen had banding issues and the cam had pink spot and yet bought the phone because i felt them to be a negligible problem. But what about the LG phones ? Most of the people who moved out from OP2X finds that the problems with SGS2 are negligible when compared to HTC sensation and OP2X.

Motorola Defy is good for your budget, upgradable to Froyo and tough phone. U can have a look at Samsung Wave 2 as well, multimedia+camera wise its a good phone, only downside is its OS (Bada). Though it has some good apps in store but Android is the reigning OS round the globe at the moment.

Also, if u can extend budget a bit, u can go for Galaxy S(9003 model) which is again a very good handset. Nexus S is also a good bet if u can go through its reviews and comments. LG Optimus Black is also better-priced now @ 20k. Nokia is coming up with X7 and E6 both priced around 18-20k.

Further if u wait for a while, below are some upcoming launches which are very good enough compared to one mentioned above :

                  1) Nokia X7-00 review: The stealth xpress - GSMArena.com
                  2) Nokia E6 hands-on: First look - GSMArena.com
                  3) Sony Ericsson Xperia mini - Full phone specifications
                  4) Sony Ericsson Xperia active - Full phone specifications

You missed Antivirus !!! Download it also, go for Antivirus AVG trail one and try to buy paid version which is not much expensive. Angry Birds is definitely not to be missed, also install Call Meter 3G app which will keep track of your incoming & outgoing calls & sms and also your Data (3g/2g).
