How goes a Gsxr exhaust fit on a r15 and isn't each exhaust tailor built for that specific bike only, as far as i know it should help in any performance boost if its on another bike , and cause only performance decrease. And even though the engine has been modded would it put enormous pressure on the chain, sprocket and engine to drag that heavy 180 section rear tire ?

    • @raneet thanks for the quick reply with the pictures

We do not have a page "Jugaad" (may be i shall come up with one) where we can post pictures/videos of modifications temporary DIY (do it yourself)..

Since this also needs creativity and intelligence i'll post it here..

Me and my friends went offroading and one of the bike had a fall and the clutch lever broke...

We obviously couldnt find spares in the middle of the jungle and had to somehow get the bike out of there...

This is one of the "jugaad" that we did and it helped

Other alternative was to tie sticks/twigs/branches and the clutch lever in between for more strength..and it worked well..

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

Thats my friend akshay's R15. I have attached a pic from our iron-butt ride. GSXR titanium exhaust works really well on that bike and sounds really awesome. It sounds even better than a Ninja 250r with a free-flow exhaust.

This R15 can pop good wheelies with that fat tire and cruise at 130km/hr. If u are thinking about reliability issues than this bike finished 1800kms iron-butt ride successfully with a top-end of 150km/hr+ on speedo and cruising at 130km/hr most of the time. It easily beats a Pulsar 220F.
Now its loaded with new R15 tail and Joel's big bore. U have to ride it to believe it.

Mods done so far on my ZMA-R
                Earlier
                Zen MPFI air filter used
                9 Ah battery used
                LEDs for park lights
                10/5 W tail lamps
                10W rear indicators
                55/60 W H/L with relay
                twin horns with relay

                Yesterday
                P 220 1st oversize piston made the engine a 235 cc one
Some slight head work was also done . It's in the running in period now . Haven't checked compression ratio /pick-up or top speed (not interested in the latter two) . Cost is negligible .

Either you or your friend is lying. I highly doubt a R15 with such increase in weight, increase in grip (read increased resistance) and barely increase in power will beat a 220, let alone reach 150 kmph. 130, is achievable, BUT it will take alot of time. IF you feel it does do it, please do provide proof and I would happily take back my statement.

This is nothing personal, but I find this extremely hard to believe.

Had to ride back some 25-30kms of extreme offroading and then 80-90kms on the highway...it worked

I wont get anything by lying for someone else buddy. Akshay has spent a lot of time and money on that R15. Those at Dhaba G2Gs who have dragged with that R15 can tell about its performance. I too doubted its performance looking at that massive tyre but i was amazed when i experienced it myself.

I will shoot a drag video in our next g2g for you.

                      Cheers!
