Whydont you get the rims painted golden they will look really cool. Paint the forks in golden. I dont know if you have seen the Marchesini rims on the MV Agusta Brutale, Paoli forks are also golden. They look really cool.

I have seen them,infact have done the rims of my friends 220 in gold & there r another 3/4 bikes in my area with gold rims. Thinkin of something unique for my rims.Anyways thanks for your suggestion,i really appreciate itOriginally posted by maypraja View PostBuddy,

Ill tell u what i did,First i painted the cannister black.Actually the heat sheild plate on the side of the silencer was damaged coz i had scraped it againt a cab.The plate was bent completely as it got stuck in the front bumper of the fiat,so i pulled it out completely & dented it straight as u dont get nu plates for 200/220 silencer in the ws.The plate is originally ribbeted to its place.What i did is that i welded 2 bolts at the place the ribbets were.This also covered up the holes left by the ribbets.Then i took off the protective grill from my old 180's booster & gave it a silver coat.The original heat sheild holds the grill at its place & now its attached with a bolt so if in future if it gets damaged again, i can just loosen it & repair it again !!

how much will it cost to make a same bike without alloys/mags. i have pulsar 180 DTSi 2006 model, with black body & white engine, is there any1 in mumbai were i can go to, for sum cool modifications @ a good price. I am not willing to spend a lot, but good enough, but not all @ once, but depends.

Dude it would b very difficult & expensive to get a suzuki or for that matter any imported bikes tail panel.A monoshok could b used from the unicorn but frankly i would advise u against it coz it really messes up the handling of the bike.If u want some cosmetic modifications on ur bike like mine then i could help u out with ur modifications.Originally posted by neon View Post

Frankly i feel its not worth puttin in so mugh of money on a booster coz atleast in bombay everytime a cop cacthes u with a booster u end up paying Rs500/-.Second if ur boosters not tuned properly, u might end up damagein the valves.If sound is the reason ur goin for a booster then instead go for a K&N. u will have to cut the cover of the air box to fit it & due to this the bike ends up giving a decent roar but not that loud for the cops to trouble u.I had a booster on my bike also but somehow i prefer my org silencer. . .Originally posted by monty007 View Postawesome ideas u got der...will try to do one like you...just enquired somewhere for carbon fibre booster (exhaust) he quoted 7.2k.
