Yes, and for your acrylic rods,
this is the address in Mumbai, its hardly 2 stations from where your location shows,

    go to :

    Acry Plus
shop number 7, Narendra Coop. Housing Soc.SV Road,
    near 24 Karat
    Jogeshwari
    Phone: 022267810850

They are very Cheap and easy to Create, the only hitch is the freakin headlamp dome removal, but if you have a proper oven(where mom bakes cakes in ) it is easy to remove, but make sure you have a temp gauge and a piece of ur headlamp and the sealant for testing purposes!
I used 300 degrees for 4 minutes and was able to seperate my headlamp after a little effort!
and for your LED's use 3 volt LED's wid a 270 Ohm 1 watt resistor, so that it does not heat up your unit.
I got extra Angel eyes and I manufacture them for a price, if you or any of the guys interested!

    Regards,

    Roadfreak!
    Dude,

    • @Roadfreak: Thanx for the info dude, appreciate it. That place is pretty close to my house, had been in that area for my high security number plates, should have checked out the shops then. Anyways, i hope to see your new design soon. And ha for the strand of hair inside the headlamp, you could probably un-mount it and blow some compressed air, should get it out. BTW where are u located in Goa?

Acrylic rods are sold in feet! they come in transparent, but I guess that does not matter as its the LED that produces the light within!
Costs around 100 to 200 rupees, I buy them in bulk so I get some discount...
            I hope that helps.

Yes, they r painted.I use Bosney spray paint cans for my bike.Take the flat black shade(no 4).They r easily available in hardware stores in mumbai atleast.Use the heat resistant series for the engine & silencer.Painting is the easy part, covering the parts which u dont want to be painted is a headache.Use newspaper and a clear cellotape.
