@Roadfreak: Thanx for the info dude, appreciate it. That place is pretty close to my house, had been in that area for my high security number plates, should have checked out the shops then. Anyways, i hope to see your new design soon. And ha for the strand of hair inside the headlamp, you could probably un-mount it and blow some compressed air, should get it out. BTW where are u located in Goa?

Acrylic rods are sold in feet! they come in transparent, but I guess that does not matter as its the LED that produces the light within!Originally posted by maypraja View PostDude,

Costs around 100 to 200 rupees, I buy them in bulk so I get some discount...

Yes, they r painted.I use Bosney spray paint cans for my bike.Take the flat black shade(no 4).They r easily available in hardware stores in mumbai atleast.Use the heat resistant series for the engine & silencer.Painting is the easy part, covering the parts which u dont want to be painted is a headache.Use newspaper and a clear cellotape.

They chain is a renthal gold plated but the sproket is from a p200 coz the renthal sproket wouldnt fit.The levers and the oil cooler is painted gold.Originally posted by hifisharu View Post^^ Is that a racing chain or just the normal one painted gold?

Just kiddin ya, had a extra 1 lying with me & also while cuttin the mudgaurd there was a crack on the place the pad is,so u c thats 2 birds in 1 shot,the crack is gone & the pads also utilised !!
