    guys yesterday on a way to my home from market saw a p220 and u dont belive he do some trick with silencer
    there was a flame coming out of it. it was round about 1ft long just same as we saw in english movies when nitrox boster is pressed i cant ask his about it becauset he was driving so fast now waiting to c him again
    do any one know what was that thing

      Yes they r some special exhaust systems known as HRC...

        Yes dat was some stupid exhaust pipe known as HRC...some do it just to attract attention...

            HRC? HRC makes exhausts for super bikes and they aren't stupid pipes they make some of the best pipes in business. its only tht in india some joker makes those dalda dabhas and prints or puts HRC tag on them and sell them for pulsars, karizmas. wht u have seen is some 500/- fake pipe

              Heres a small update after the next level of Mods (More Head work done 3 months back) by Joel. Bike has been running fine, with super fast acceleration.

              Had been to a short 200 KM round trip to MaKaliDurga Hills yesterday, and it was a hoot to ride on the highway. The FFE is like music to ears, you do not need ipods or any other Music Device. It pulls effortlessly in any gear any RPM.

              The bike is as reliable as a Stock bike, and I am running this setup for almost 3000 KMs now without any issues.

              The Big Bore is coming next month... Will update on it.

                    Have a plan to fit a FFE on my ride too.
                    Just curious, so asking. Would the soundtrack be as good as the one you guys (P220 owners with Joel's FFE) are having?
                    The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.

                            Firstly,Less weight. Better pweer-to-weight ratio.
                            'free flow'-the words speak mate. No cat-con for better flow of exhaust gaeses,maintaining flow velocity of the gases to get the best cyl. exhaust purging. This does result in louder noise levels and more pollution.How much? it depends.
                            Also when the intake is increased slightly, you need to match the outlet ratio,which in turn becomes a hard job with a stock exhaust.
                            Not only its non cat-con characteristic and light weight is what makes it a performer, also the tuned length of the primary pipe, and the diameter, play a significant role when it comes to enhancing the engine capabilities.


                            Please note these are just the outlines,to provide you the basics.

                              Does the latest batch of FFEs have the race concepts logo on them ? And do the 220 specific FFEs have a stopper for the main stand ? Im getting my ride Joelled this weekend so I just wanted to know ..
                              Also , is it possible to mess around with the finishing of the exhaust ? Im not a big chrome lover I mean , can we achieve a carbon fibre/matte black finish ? Can paint withstand the heat of the exhaust ? But wont painting cause reduced heat dissipation ? Please give some inputs guys ..
