hey whats the price of FFE and upoad some pics for more clarityOriginally posted by Rtrlover83 View PostHey guys
I've just started using Joel's tuned free flow exhaust for my RTR 180. First of all, Joel shipped me the item (very neatly & securely packed) within one week of my order
Not ridden much, but here is a noob's review of the exhaust with dB killer.
Looks- The short and stubby (up swept plus angled a little to the outside) canister sure looks business and smashing as well
Sound- Even with dB killer, it's pure music for an enthusiast. It's not too loud while giving everything expected from a FFE. Gives goosebumps while blipping the throttle at idle (just for the fun of it) and down shifting.
Performance- Yes, the gains are best felt at low to mid rpm on an RTR. Down shifts has been minimized, further. Power delivery has become more crisper, smoother, and quicker through out the rev range. Even the Tacho needle is looking composed even when it hovers at higher revs
Ok, i know the sound quality and performance will reach another level with the dB killer removed. But at least for the time being, i'am 100% satisfied with it installed
Using a Pro tuned FFE (not a slip-on but a full system) was always a dream for me. But, Joel has made that dream come true. Now i'am enjoying Next Level Performance from my RTR 180. And the bang you get for that hard earned buck, can't be compared.
Thank's a lot Joel, for all the pain and effort you've put through in designing and fabricating unique FFE's especially for Indian performance 4 stroke singles. All my best wishes to you

^^
It's great value for money. Send a mail to Joel for the price. He is very prompt in responding.
[email protected]The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.

anything for pulsar 180 ug4?.. at least exhaust?
i dont know much about engine..but i think, ug4 is similar to 200.
. it differ from its older ug3.so can we use same 220 ffe for 180 ug4? or ug4 is also internally build like a commuter?so cant make it?

If the P180 really has a market, then I dont mind making one batch of the P180 exhausts. But then again, our main focus is on the premium engines. The P220 and P200 are the premium engines from the bajaj stable.sigpic

just exhaust is enough joelOriginally posted by Joel View PostIf the P180 really has a market, then I dont mind making one batch of the P180 exhausts. But then again, our main focus is on the premium engines. The P220 and P200 are the premium engines from the bajaj stable.
.wondering why 180 owners are not coming here. in my thought already pulsar 150 was a premium bike
and now even 180 is not premium
.p-180 even is using in "pulsar stunt mania".(correct me if i am wrong brother) so can you explain me about ug4 engine? in performance i dont felt much difference between 180 and 220.mine is 180 and my friend got new 220s. no offence, power is there, more torque is there but i felt a huge difference in between mileage. so personally selected 180 thinking that, style is there, good riding position is there, power is there.all these along with a descent mileage.
but now hearing you i am like
.

You may need to file the inside of the gasket for extra clearance, not sure why you're using 4 gaskets (assuming you've put them one on top of another?)Originally posted by UTKARSH STUNTY SHARMA View Posthi guys,

More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !
