One of the most important thing I have learnt over the years...and crashes....is that never overtake when you don't know what's ahead of the vehicle that you are overtaking. Moreover, even if things look clear then hold your horses for sometime say 5-10 seconds and then start your maneuver.

When I started riding I was reckless. I was once chasing a Roadways bus and wanted to do anything I can to make it bite the dust (pun intended of course). The traffic was in the right most lane and the bus was going really fast in the left one. I thought of overtaking the bus from left since there was still a lane left on the left (). As soon as I got into the left lane..I uttered the most versatile word of this universe(people who listen to Osho will know about this one ) - "F***". There was a gol gappa wala right in front of me and I just swerved inches away from it. I then slowed down and gave up my dreams .

Another scenario was when I going to a G2G. I was not riding hard. I was just casually riding and as soon as I overtook a car...my balls short circuited. A dog ran across the road and I banged into it. No speeding. No rash riding. No godly maneuvers. Just forgot to hold my horses to check up things.
    Enna Rascalla. Mind it !!!

      i m ,n i dont suppose u have a prob.
i may still be underage but that doesnt mean im an insane or rubish rider.
i ride safe with gears n stuff and only speed when on hiways bcoz i know consequences.

there is a hell of a misconception that young blood is always boiling ,
its not so ,its only how u percieve them ,bcoz there r always gud riders and bad riders. its only u observe bad riders aka yound blood............

no offences its just my perspective

Nobody is pointing out the kids here, bro.(I am 19).Relax.I used to ride a Fiero at the age of 15.And I rode better and much more sensibly than most adults.
The feeling of responsibility comes from within. It doesn't matter if you are underage or over.
We are talking majority here. Havent you seen how many of 16-18 years brats think they are gods on wheels just because they have a P220 or the RTR?
Times have changed, there are more potent street tools available for the posers.

To the guys who were discussing abt under 18s.. its not about young blood alone. The problem is even if someone hits you, you'll end up in trouble because you aint got license buddy

yes i know ,i have been through that trouble also
                              but y stereotype young riders
there r riders who drive safe but then also they r categorized as rash drivers.......
nd thats wat the prob is
y cant u just see this that majority of those mammus newer wear helmets and are tripling most of the time,
if they cant punish their own selves then y punish us
and about accident ,it can happen with ne one
even riders with decade of experience can canfront an accident.......
                              i guess u understand what i mean......
just dont catogarize us just bcoz v r underage......
and ne ways 1 year more then i would be of legal age of driving.........

Read wat i said.. i said u might be a tonne more safe that anyone else. But if a rash old driver with a license hits you, and the mistake is his, trouble will follow you only because you dont have license.. i never said young people drive rash. that is just nonsense.
