The strange fact is that people think it is worth it, or having paid have no other option. People praised him too much and made him look like god's answer to engine "Tooning".No one cross checked on promised performance , or a dyno proof ,...or the fact that the Designer and Manufacturer Knows Better than the "Tooner" to stop at a certain level . He was made out to be the Magician who can say "Toon" and un lock hidden performance, which even the manufacturer didn't know of...
Only now it is known that it was BLACK MAGIC all along...a Whammy and a HEX on the engine.

Sometimes we demand a bill for a purchase done for Rs 50 and here no one bothered to ask the bill even after spending almost half a lac .. just deposit the cash and then mail him telling that cash has been deposited.. I guess even this is also a part of business strategy which helps him in keeping away from law and order..

You are absolutely right......
In fact an RTR owner who went for the Big Bulshit kit had a seizure in less than 3,000 kms. the replacement kit ran for another 2 K and met with same fate...The owner had initially sent his stock bore and Piston to reduce the kit cost, and he now wanted it back, so that he can revert to stock. He paid for the reversal....He got only a bore severely scratched and when the Mechanic measured the bore's inner dia, the bore was large,..... it was bigger than the last oversize piston...This was a bore used elsewhere, had seized and condemned....Needless to say the owner bought a complete new bore kit from TVS and fitted it...So even the replacement kit will turn out to be a Lemon.

I too was no different 2 years back.. but this exercise took me to new heights in terms of knowledge gained, knowledge shared with you all and in the due process also exposing the scam of the Tooner which seems to be garnering a lot of support and interest judging by the crazy site hits this thread is receiving per day.

Thank you for all the support and especially to the riders who have come out in the open sharing their side of story. Believe me!! you are helping a lot of other Noobs and unsuspecting riders in the process from falling into the trap..

Cheers,
He definitely has the support then and now and in the future, no doubt about that. . . Saying again, our people got to learn, there are two ways for them, one is to see others and learn, other is to pay hefty like the above and learn from the mistakes, it's up to people to choose which is the best for them. . .
Legend Racer, filing a case isn't that easy as you thought, they won't just take your cases, they ask for blah blah blah let's not start about this here , . . Yup I too hope that people do that so that he learns his lesson and hope they get their hard earned money back. . .

Cheers!!!

Machane... I invested in the FFE in 2011, it was different story about it, my stock exhaust got damaged and the svc guys told there is no other option but to replace it and a fresh one costed 10k , so i went for the cheaper option which was the RC, and at that time he had a really good rep on the initial reviews only.
Then i almost ran over 30k kms with the FFE installed and by then the odo clicked to 50k and it was time for a rebuild anyway, and then i slowly understood the problems it was causing and slowly learnt, I did not jump into conclusions took time and learned form many people , got to talk to more people.

So, I understood that nothing as this "Plug and play" exist for hot rodding and "Stock like reliability" is almost impossible to attain even for expert tuning houses , let alone a guy who claims to have it for his kits.

And you know what the best part is , when i went ot change the exhaust to my damaged stock one, the mech in my area just took it to a shop and cam back in 5 min with a small weld mark in the header pipe and the problem was solved with a mere expense of 50 rs. But i never regretted buying the exhaust, it gave me a lot to learn about this hot rodding area.

I do not know how far you can build a case against this, i never had a bill of purchase to prove i traded with him, and the payment was just a deposit to his personal account , again not a valid proof showing that i payed RC any money or they supplied me with the said parts. So you see the problem in it.

our "Tooner had picked up a few Catchy words from them and use it to impress/trap the un informed .
The RC FFE is nothing but a bent tube with a muffler at the end...the design is so bad that it looses the Fiber glass inside...So when you ride with it you will be spraying glass wool in small pieces ,at the people coming behind you, which if their face is not guarded, will get into their Lungs . God knows how many are suffering due to no fault of theirs...

----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

This is a small number compared to the people who have come to me for solution, since the"Tooner" doesn't pickup the phone, is busy with Race "Season" or with R&D works ...
Thanks to this Parts Supplier many have learned to tune the engine themselves , Better than the "Tooner" who knows nothing about it...
Exactly sir, true words.

you dont have to answer to any cop. a registered fraud case is a case filed before the respected court. claiming of tons of horses after mod and ruining the bike in the name of R & D. try to understand that this is something like the old famous money chain frauds. put 1 get 10 later. all those guys are behind bars...
this is fraud.
i try to promote xbhp everywhere i go, to every biker i talk with... just because i like the knowledge to spread, but what ever lets not forget that, xbhp still lives on screen and very less on streets.
to avoid noobs from getting trapped in RC, the best option is to make him busy in court proceedings rather than race sessions....
