Thank you @FZERIDER for finally coming forward and sharing your side of story. It would have been wrong on my part to blabber out the whole account of what you had to go through thanks to Tooner.

I hope when time permits, do share an extended log here on this thread so that Noob CBR owners and other readers get a better understanding of the true nature of the parts supplier in question.

A brand new OEM Block and piston set will cost you around 4 - 5k based on whichever vehicle you own. I hope you had retained the stock cam, stock block, piston and the stock exhaust with you. If you haven't then insist on getting it back from the Tooner. There is no point of messaging or calling as he has already made his money out of you and you are of no importance to him anymore. Don't get disheartened if he does pick up your call and say i am busy and after that you never get to hear from him...

We all have gone through it. Revert to stock as soon as possible less you want bigger expense sheet should things go really south and you end up with a bent crankshaft and damaged internal gears.. that will be more than 15 - 20k then.

    Cheers,

    Lol !!!
I hope everyone is familiar with the all PJ's (excuses)of the TOONER i. e
"Ya hello , plz give me 5 mins,I am busy. I will call you back."
Or this one is so common if you call him more than 10 times and he receives the 11th call
"Listen man !! I am on race track"
    I got the biggest one..
On the festival of EID , We muslims celebrate 3 days..
I called him 5th day after EID and asked about WHATS THE STATUS OF THE EXHAUST..
He replied "All my people are out because of EID . Will get to know tomorrow"

Right now I have two parts of me inside my mind

    1. Let the investment roll, unsee the last 10 pages

    2. Revert back

any way, I dont have money left to invest more to revert back to stock even, gotta wait for the salary.

Yes I understood, because he said that he has a ZMA-R and ready to experiment with Tooner and on failure will take him to task.....which is why I asked him if he knows Tooner's reputation ...all inclusive I hope I made him understand that it is simply not worth it, and explained a typical scenario to him...Hope he doesn't get conned by the king of cheats.

Thanks a ton TO @shv18 for writing what i was supposed to write , right when all this all happened..
Right now , i will just write a short summary.. complete story to come in the new year:
    1. the inlet ports were unevenly ported and the size of one intake port was much larger than the other one which resulted in robbing the A-F charge from the cylinder and reduced the overall power generation efficiency of the engine. So rather than making more power with the famed Racing experience our Race Tooner successfully reduced the overall power output of the stock motor.
When a guy who thinks he is a RACE ENGINEER does head porting , its his responsibility to take care of the SHIM sizes and QUALITIES to be used, when Mr.Vikram from MOTOZONE op ened the head , 2 of the SHIMS didnt had any sizes written on them and one could easily make out that these are very low quality SHIMS when compared to SHIMS provided by any other bike brand. There was so much of POWER FADING with very abnormal pattern due to the TOONERS HEAD JOB

    2. As mentioned about the so called STIFFENED RACING CLUTCH SPRINGS , they are actually the OEM springs,
i dont have a pic right now , shv18 has it and i will upload later on..

    3. The TOONER installed AN R15 filter(SIMOTA) on a CBR250r , Moreover he kept the AIR FILTER TRAY with himself..

    4. HE charged me 3300 for a pair of PULSAR220F STEEL BRAIDED LINES , which he installed on my bike , MOREOVER he again kept the STOCK ones with HIMSELF.

    5. The WORST he did was he installed the steering damper by drilling a hole on the chassis and the the lower tree triple clamp..

    6. As he is famous for his waiting periods, he made me wait 7 MONTHS for sending the exhaust , by saying "ITS DONE , ITS READY , FINAL DYE, WILL BE SENT NEXT WEEK "
WHENEVER I ASKED FOR REFUND , HE SOMEHOW MADE ME BELIEVED THAT IT WOULD BE SENT TOMORROW.. AND THAT TOMORROW NEVER CAME.. FINALLY I MANAGED TO PLAY SOME TRICKS AND GOT MY REFUND BACK..

@psr Sir , its good to see your concern for fellow bikers,.
Now everythings is perfect , Mr. Vikram is genius at his work , desp ite of the Head being messed up by the TOONER , MOTOZONE was able to extract much more SMOOTHNESS a nd POWER fr om the SAME HEAD , i just dont know , what will MOTOZONE do with A BRAND NEW HEAD , i guess it would be a ROCKET

STEERING DAMPER was removed at the first , after removing , it was discover that the CYLINDER of the DAMPER was very TAPERED due to RUBBING against the LEFT FORK PIPE..

This was the PLUS POINT of MOTOZONE's HEAD PORTING , there was no fueling issues as such which was observed with HEAD PORTING done BY the TOONER..
The HEAD WORK by MOTOZONE gave PROPER POWER, SMOOTHNESS and EFFICIENCY without any ECU remaps..
It is good to hear directly from the owner, and hope members will benefit greatly from the actual facts presented by you. The amount of Race Tooning done seems to be awesome...He seems to have collected bits and pieces from everywhere and installed it on to your bike, calling it Race Tuning...Glad the Tooning had been corrected ,and you are enjoying the bike..You are extremely lucky and did not have to sell your bike for weight...

While we were at it, another disgruntled rider came to Motozone with his CBR 250R with a host of issues right from bad ride handling to no gain in performance even after the head porting was done on his vehicle's engine head. When the engine was disassembled, being a DOHC configuration and 4 valve head, it was discovered that the inlet ports were unevenly ported and the size of one intake port was callously larger than the other one which resulted in robbing the A-F charge from the cylinder and reduced the overall power generation efficiency of the engine. So rather than making more power with the famed Racing experience our Race Tooner successfully reduced the overall power output of the stock motor. Motozone then agreed to re-engineered the whole engine head and re-port and polished it to improve the flow of charge into the cylinder.

In order to address the issue of handling, our Tooner had installed a steering damper on the side of the vehicle which as per the reports from the user would get undone in a matter of few kms and would actually start hampering with the freeplay of the handlebar instead of aiding it. So when the side panels were removed to see what was the reason behind this issue, we were shocked to witness the unthinkable:

Pic 4: Hole drilled in order to install the steering damper.

Pic 3: Steering damper removed from its bolted position.

Pic 4: Tooner drilled a hole in the frame of the chassis!

Pic 5: Animated CBR 250R Chassis frame structure. The red dot indicates the place where the hole was drilled to accommodate the steering damper mounting point.

So Mr. Tooner managed to install the steering damper by drilling holes in the T section of the chassis. For Noobs, please understand one thing; when in motion the whole of chassis is designed by the manufacturer to flex and be structurally rigid at the same time to counter the stresses of various force generated due to the vehicle's movement. By drilling into the frame without any consideration, our Tooner actually managed to weaken the overall strength of the chassis thus, compromising the integrity of the same. When the inspection was done, as the pics confirm above, rust formations had already started building up which eventually may lead to breaking of the chassis under severe stress thus endangering the life of the rider. Our Tooner was so inconsiderate that he managed to drill a hole right through a welding joint. Now i am no structural engineer but common sense tells me that this approach is stupid and is weakening the welded joint by a greater margin.

It was later discovered that the so called stiffened racing clutch springs sold to the rider were actually softer than the Honda OEM company ones. If you are interested in finding out whether the clutch springs sold to you by the Tooner is stiffer or softer than stock ones, a simple experiment of load bearing and contraction should give you guys an idea about the same. First a stiffer spring by default has a lesser no. of coils in comparison to the softer ones. Secondly, all you need to do is put up a simple apparatus where you put on a specified amount of weight on top of the spring and measure the amount of dampening in comparison to the latter one. Say 500 gms for this experiment. If the Tooner's stiffer clutch spring dampens more than the stock clutch springs, well gentlemen you know who's neck to get hold of and demand for a refund i presume??

I gained a considerable knowledge about engine tuning and performance, finally i was able to track down a real motorcycle engine tuning house Motozone, instead of one pretending to be.. if you know what i am saying!!

To summarise my love for Tooner after having a first hand experience with his kits, i would like to share this image with all of you readers:

That's because none of the super fast Honda City Vtecs from Mumbai and Pune participated in the event. If they would have, the CarTooner would be busy biting the dust and smoke from their car's tailpipes. There was a lot of confusion about the event, the location and the dates. At the last moment, a lot of such performance car owners had no clue that such an event is actually taking place. It was sheer luck my friend..
