U might be right,but again any bike of the Rseries would be a mix n match as it would not deviate from R DNA.Even if the 250 really looks as this it is still a mix n match.The talking point is Rseries is now being given to the masses.

all though, a Yamaha 250 cc (European version) bike is on the cards according to many bike magazines but I wouldn't believe the above pics eyes closed. Remember "assumed" 2009 R1 pic on one of such Chinese/Japanese magazines which were outrageously fantastic but were fake?

However it true that the 2009 R1 is different and has been produced really even though it might not be fantastically outrageous,similarly this 250 can be expected.
But in pics this 250 looks as any other Rseries and not outrageous................it increases the probability quotient.

Now that it is confirmed that Ninja 250 is coming out by this year mid: Yamaha officials tell me that the inside news is that they are working on a 250cc bike, R series, but no details about world/India launch.
So, should I wait for Yamaha 250 R series or go ahead with Ninja 250R? If waiting is decided on, wait till when?

My personal plan is that I am goin for a RTR180 in the next couple of months and start saving till 2011 for this Yzfr250.Bcoz in all probability Yamaha is gonna release the bike first in Europe in 2010 and then if Ninja250 comes to India then Yamaha would follow suit in 2011.Not before that.

I don't know about r seies.but yes 250 sure testing is on.
