@fayad555 - PCB is a must if you want an evenly spaced arrangement that looks professional.
What we get is a strip with pre fetched resistor connected in series to 3 LEDs of about 3 inches. The strips can be bought like 1 Meter and then cut into 3-3 inches to suit our needs.
They are much brighter and more reliable as well. No PCB required, these strips have adhesive and are available in water-proof as well non-waterproof versions. So you can cut 3 X 3 inch strips (9 Leds) and paste it in 3 rows, and connected in parallel.
The cost is about 300 bucks for 1 meter strip (60 LEDs)
I think, I will do the change to my indicators in a day or two.

Yes, I agree with your point but, complicating it and achieving what i have stated will attract more eyes and less LED's can do the job. I was having the same thing thing in mind, ie same set of LEDs glowing with low and high brightness for park and stop signal lights.
If we connect both park and stop lights into same leds, then while applying brake with park lamps ON, more current would pass through the leds and it may blow off. But we can design the circuit such that even at this extreme case the leds wont blow off but the brightness would be lower for both park and stop lights functioning independantly.

I am too late to community. Hats off to abhi. I have got one more idea, can we use a single LED with two filaments (the one which has same ground point and two different leads for the positive) off course both should emit red color. So that by connecting one lead to the parking light circuit and controlling the voltage we can make it dim and other lead to the brake light circuit and providing more voltage to it we can make it glow brighter. By doing this we can use complete space available in the tail lamp for illumination. And one more suggestion, we can use reflection tape on the circuit board to make it look more brighter. The small LED's used in cell phones are much brighter i guess. Correct me if I am wrong in any piont of my view. I am still a newbie.

what i told is that a custom fabricated pcb with points in required places would be better than a normal dot pcb, if i need to place the leds in perfect round shape.

currently the design in my mind is simply two rings of leds like the one in cbr150, but if i go with that design i need to fabricate a pcb, as we cannot place the leds in perfect round shape in the normal dot pcbs.
