    I guess clear lens cover is one which may be Red though, but things are cleared visible through it because there is no designing in its dye. If yes I already have one of this type.

    When I said this, I meant in relation to the circuit diagram you gave. (there are only six resist. in it). You explanation and the link was helpful but can you upload a updated circuit diagram (including resis. value), exactly showing what you soldered ?

    @Pavanchirmade :Thanks buddy for all that advise. I have downloaded PCBWizard. Will buy a fine tip soldering iron & gauze wire.

    Its called de-soldering wick, type of wire without any insulation. any spare shop will have it, too common than a de-sold pump.

    its easy to use. It helps to lift all the solder material from the soldered surface. I think the shop where you will get a soldering iron you will get a desoldering gauze.

    Yes, I have seen rolls (reals) in the electronic shops here. I will get one of those.

    One last thing

    Do you know any software wich can ease the procees of saving all the pages in a thred(Topic). At present, I have to stick to, opening all pages one by one and saving them (save as). although I preffer saving every thing to be pondered upon offline.

    A simple software called PCBWizard will do the job of drawing circuit diagrams.It also can make layouts for etching on PCBs

    Using a fine tip soldering iron will surely help.I use a soldron standard soldering iron. Its nice.Try it. It has a fine tip and heats up quickly. Use Soldering paste(Flux). The paste makes the soldering material cling to the applied surface thus making it easier.
    3. And how do we remove those factory soldered components (like VRs) from PCBs without overheating them.
    Use a de-soldering kit or gauze wire

    LEDS mm - ?

    I used 8mm LEDs. I liked the look better. You can use anything you wish. Doesn't matter much. And if you want the LED look, clear lens cover are necessary.

    Cap Value - ? (I want, by break light to glow bright but it should go off as soon as I lift my foot of the break [No slowly dimming]

    I guess something about 47uF should do the job. And, brake lights are already on DC, so no need any diodes/caps there.

    Resistor Value - ? ( I notice 12 resistors in you actual circuit why so ?)

    We need 3V per LED. So, in case of a 12V supply, we can use max 4 LEDs in series. (4x3V = 12) Lower the number of LEDs used in a single series, the better. But, we need a resistor for each such series, So, it can be cumbersome if too many series are formed. Now resistor value depends on the number of LEDs used per series. See this. Set supply voltage at 14V, LED current at 20mA, LED voltage at 3V and calculate.

    Now for some off topic advise.

    I used photoshop for this diagram! If you want a schematic maker, try Multisim, or ISIS from Proteus.

    Thanks! I too use just a simple soldering iron! Use soldering paste as needed. And keep practicing soldering for some time, you will pick up the skils. It helps to have a steady hand.

    I use a soldering iron. I apply molten solder such that it is over all the pins simultaneously and pull out the component. Some specialized wires are available to remove old solder. But, have never used them.

    Check the connector from the switch wire to the rest of the bike wiring. Also, you can disconnect this and see if the LEDs are still glowing.

    i dont know whether i can get a clear lens cover. but i ll try it out. It would look better...

    And one doubt. i connected the same led setup to my unicorn and it started glowing without even pulling the brake lever.
    here is the pic, i havent even touched the bike..
