yes that is what i did. I put the bulb in a plastic cover and hit it slightly with an iron peice to break the outer glass. And i soldered wires into it. Then i cant put back this broken bulb into the holder. The remaining glass inside the bulb near the filament is breaking when i put it in the holder and twist.

R u cracking the whole to break the glass?Originally posted by fayad555 View Postthanx sajjt.
I ve started doing this. Finished with half of the soldering work(brake light).
But now i m stuck. I cant put back the broken bulb into its socket. It is braking when i put it back. i ve already broke 2 bulbs.
So now thinking of taking wires directly from the socket...
Put a cloth on the bulb and try to hit with some thing hard like a wooden peice or so, or even u can crush the bulb with a plier.

but no idea about the voltage-current of the battery. It isnt written there..
Edit: It is 12V 2.5A for the current model

ok...thanx for the link...Originally posted by Shreeni0403 View PostRemoving the tail is much messier than installing LED's
You gotta remove grab rails, side cowls and then tail lamp unit.
If you are interested in doing, then don't remove the tail lamp unit. Just make use of circuit board and install them. Refer this link. Its very well done on Unicorn.
and how to remove the second cover, the red one?

Dude he said transparent glass which comes in Uni. I have no clue about Pulsar !!Originally posted by sajjt View PostHaving a Uni, nd u r so experienced to pull out Pulsar tail lamps
U R AN ALL ROUNDER SHREE
I really pitty about ur Uni, cause whenever u get some free time u wont let it be idle.

Wow..!! That looks yummyOriginally posted by sajjt View PostShree I've got my HID Projector and am working on it. Here's one of the pic.

Slightly bigger size, 4" outer dia, not that easy to fix in Pulsar, may be I've to use in my car. But am impressed with the spread with this big size lens as the low beam effect is so wide.
Will post all pics as soon as I finishes.

can u pls explain how u calculated the value of the resistor used?Originally posted by abhijeet080808 View PostYes, LEDs can be and are generally connected serially as shown in the diagram. The number of LEDs you connect serially and the supply voltage determine the value of the resistor used.

Will be uploading the pix after i fit it to bike.
