For me, it's now almost impossible to use the high beam alone. It's a huge difference. Kindly post the pictures of the beam and setup as well. BTW if you are using the miniature relay, you can just wrap around with insulation tape. The relay is a sealed unit, so no problem whatsoever.

Don't invite me for parties, you know Hyderabad is just 550Kms for me, and for long i'm itching to make full use of my twin beams.
Thanks.. U are always welcome for a treat from my side.
I was searching for the LED's. But no one seems to know what they are. They just give me blue colored 5W bulbs. Shall i search for them in electronic shops? Is there any specification for it? 12V LED right? I would like to try blue colored LED's for pilot lamps and white one for licence plate lamp.

    Thanks..

Last night i drove for a good 1 hour with both the beams on. The low battery indication came only when the bike was left to idle and comes within 3 seconds. If the rpm is around 2k its enough to sustain them. Also i noticed that when shifting to Dual Beam the BCU makes a click sound. The same click sound when the BCU alternates the beam in case of some problem and makes click sound every 3 or 4 seconds for rechecking the other beam. But this sound wasnt repeating. Comes only when dual beam is turned on.
The battery is very low on charge. Even with single beam on at idling it shows low battery. Will get it charged soon. I somehow feel the battery isnt charging at all. I couldnt take the pics yesterday. Will take them tonight and post them. All in all its an effort which is worth it..

I had wires which are used in DC low power applications. So was skeptical if they would sustain upto 4.6 and 9.2 Amps. Then i opened the whole front of the bike and pulled out the headlight assembly and started to connect the wires according to the circuit. My heart was beating very fast. I kept on wondering what if the FI fails or battery dies. Still thought of giving it a shot. I had faith. Then i started the bike. Slowly switched the parking lights on. Then the Low Beam. And finally the High Beam. As i saw light coming from both the beams my heart was filled with joy. Then revved hard to see if the lights are dimming at low rpms. Nope. They were just normal. My multimeter is kaput so couldnt test the charging voltage with both beams on. However I ran it only for a minute. The BCU dint come into the picture and switch to single beam. My battery was also almost dead. Even then it worked. Iam very happy. Now i just need to find an idea to enclose everything into something neat. The whole job is not clean. Will wrap it up by night. I didnot use a toggle switch. Planning to buy one. At night i would post the pics of the beam spread and all.

Special Thanks Rahul and Abhijeet for answering all my stupid questions patiently and guiding me through each and every step in making it to work. Incase i drive down to ur places or u come here i would give u a grand party!

Shreeni, If the problem is regarding the use pass light, then simply buy a Bi-Xenon, and put a Capacitor across its Relay!

Normally what happens in case of stock Bi-Xenons, the same bulb moves, but it also switches off momentarily, when you move Hi beam and vice versa, which has an adverse affect on the HIDs, the solution is simple, use atleast 2500uf Capacitor, which keeps the Relay alive for the time your bike switches to other beam, or pass light for that matter.
