Hello friends i had called sai motors,blore today and the guy told me that my bike will come in max 20 days ,i had booked a white but he said if u want a red or yellow he'll give in 2 days........But i told him i need white only coz i should arrange the money right...

what does that mean ?

By the way it's of Bharat Petroleum. Hope he is not into any adulteration activities and hence we are getting pure form of petrol. I have mentioned BIV norms as Pune lies in that 13 metro cities for which from 1-April, BIV emission norms fuel is getting supplied ( at extra cost ). I have not observed any difference after 1-April though it says will save environment and increase our engine's life. Hope so !

Hey Riyaz, Hey Prithvi, I was out of station for a long time..Back now!Finally, I took the delivery of my ZMR (White) . I havent got time to ride it properly though . Riyaz and Prithvi, can i have your mobile numbers pls, we can catch up some time.
@prithvi, How's experience with it? does it look smooth and stable? With a just few Km of ride, i dint find it so smooth as i expected. Also, i did experience this "smoking" issue.. I immediately called showroom and they said its because of the polish they apply all over the bike and it will not be seen anymore. I havent got time to ride it again and check, wanted to know if you have faced any such prob!

Yeap..there are around 3-4 Red bikes and 2 yellows for delivery. Am not sure if they are already booked or just that they have got extra deliveries.

Bike is really very smooth...as you ride it will become smoother and smoother...

I went to the showroom to get my number. It was sweltering hot. I told that madam there that I have the mirror problem also- she said go down first and get it fixed. Ok. Went down - after about 15 min waiting someone came out, took a look at the mirror and said - we do not have screws in stock. I said - when will it come? he says - dont know.. It may be a long wait.. I told him about the hard gears - he said it will take time.. well.. the bike is due for servicing - so I will probably just drop it there and then get the gear thing also done.

I then went back up to get my RTO papers, manual and insurance papers. Then she said - ok go down to get the number...I said I was just asked to go down to get the problem fixed, now I have to take the bike down for this also - then the famous Indian shrug.. oh its so irritating.. Went down again.. these were different set of people - mentioned the mirror problem to them.. they tried with different kind of screws (at least they were helping) but nothing worked.. Got the number done and then got out of there... Not a good experience..

By the time I was back I probably had lost 1 kg of weight.. but thankfully got the bike number - so that I can request a place in the covered parking at my office..
