later on of alpinstar ...dont know the company name properly

any idea about fairing cost & the whole silencer cost ?

bro, sory to hear this,

a new muffler wud cost arnd 8000, and fairing wud be in parts so u can change them if u wish.

You need to change the silencer plate which will cost you around 600

Silencer wont be much, you better give it for insurance cover. That will cut the cost to half.

all: I think being the first incident gives us an idea about the damage and costs that incur with a ZMR. Must say what is HH doing?? Accidents keep happening, but spare availability will still be the same as ever. Really pathetic state of affairs.

For scratches, you need to replace the fairing part... and since scratches are on below part..u need to chck wether insurance guyw ill give u a new silencer... if not than may be service centere can touch it up with paint and carry on

really sad @manan ... my bike had the same accident ... i got my silencer cover painted .. and the right cowl painted ... silencer looks brand new but the stickers on the fairing were damaged ... fortunately only a small part was gone .... i am also waiting for the cowl ..

or the stickers as the paint job was xcellently done..

Umm going by the pix, I think there may be some damage below the heat shield as well. I say give it in for insurance and grab one. If theres no damage then fine, just a new heat shield will do.

For the fairing, just replace the entire right unit where its scratched. Am sure if you speak to them with a tone, they can get things arranged in good time. But yes GIVE it for insurance cover.

u may get insurance on plastic parts but there wud be greater depreciation.

and about silencer, is there anyabnormal oise coming from it after the accident, if yes then u can opt for insurance cliam for silencer and if noise is normal then go for the change of silencer cover only.
