@Bandhav: How did the Hunk handle the bends? Not much discussion happens on that bike here. BTW, I haven't seen the hunk lean like that...good work!

Precisely! 'Warming up' is really important, more so in something as important (and dangerous) as cornering. I started with about 57 km/hr. in 4th gear, moving on to 77km/hr. during one of my last run(s) at top gear.
Some more SERIOUS practicing sessions are needed to get it all a little better. Perhaps, a few more early morning stints there would help.Leave a comment:

Actually, I have had so much difficulty and trauma in my life related to corners and biking that recently one of my philosophies has been to NEVER look at the console while approaching and taking a corner. I would like to go in at the slowest speed that I am comfortable with and make it through smoothly. And gradually step it up slowly as I warm up. These are words from Vivek.Leave a comment:
