do not use k&n in hh hunk. I was in touch with few HH Hunk owners who has installed K&N in their bikes. Do not expect any power gain except the sound with lean and improper air-fuel mixture leading to starting problem, engine heat etc.Originally posted by wheels2envy4 View PostLast edited by on wheels; 07-25-2010, 11:13 PM.Move on.........

However, go to the SC and ask them to do the job with the help of feeler gauge. You can read the owners manual before that and monitor the progress.Move on.........

The side cowl is divided into two pieces. I have asked the price last week, the SC guy quoted Rs. 650 for total cowl, though they did not had the stockOriginally posted by Shreeni0403 View PostWould like to know the cost of HUNK's side cowls on fuel tank.

Bad experience with my HH Hunk.
Till date I was very happy with my HH Hunk. But last weekend I had ridden my bike for 600 km in a day. The effect on the bike was noticeable. Before going out for the trip, I serviced it properly. After ridden for 600 km in a day, the chain got loose, and a tappet sound is also there. I am using the synthetic oil, so I think, there was no stress on the engine. But the chain is too loose to ride further.
Please advice, should I keep this bike or sell it off and go for another one - may be Karizma or P220? I am really not happy with this performance.Move on.........

Even i have done the same kms in a day but i didnt face any tappet sound...only thing was that my engine was too rough but then it settled after some days of sane riding...Originally posted by on wheels View PostTill date I was very happy with my HH Hunk. how much kms has your hunk done? i had to change chain sprocket at 23k kms with no chain cover from 13k kms....
If you want more power go for karizma or p220 without any thoughts....
wha synthetic oil you use?

Its Ezee Cruiser on front that comes with NEw Xtremes and Unicorns.Originally posted by Sarvajit View Post@All: My friend is planning to change the tyres on his Xtreme. Since he has already used the Zappers, he is thinking that he will change to the new CBZ Xtreme tyres which are coming shod with Dunlop tyres: Dunlop GeoCruiser 100/90/18" at the rear&some other Dunlop 2.75*18" at the front.
Now, I wanted to know the name of this front tyre.
Is it by any chance called Dunlop Ezee Cruiser?
But I wont suggest them...Let him try the michelin M45s, but they will be expensive when compared to dunlop.
Wish it was so easy!Originally posted by ramesh_a View PostHello, I am new member.

Hi guys i'm new here......i have just completed reading this whole thread started yesterday........& i think every seconds worth it......
I live in Bangladesh....i am a great fan of cbz xtreme.previously i had caliber 115 loved it for its acceleration. In BD only up to 150 cc bikes r available & legal. Those bikes are pulsar 150 UG4.5(15ps), apache 150, CBZ-X, Hunk, Unicorn & R15.R15 is out of my budget, pulsar is also out coz of reliablity, apache is out coz of low performance,i really love unicorn & its engine sound but its also out coz of styling & low powered engine. Only cbz-x & hunk remains.i've used one of my friends hunk for several days.....i really like the seating position & styling but the vibration that starts creeping in from as low as 60 just irritates me a lot & also found out it is not responsive after crossing 80 but i need some top end power coz i have to cruise a lot.so hunk is also out of consideration.i never drove cbz but some say it has good top end....what do u think.....i want to crusie 90-100kmph at ease.can cbz-x deliver it???um going to buy cbz after 10-15 days.....what do u guys think????? any valuable advice will be be really appreciated.........thnxLast edited by ShahriarXtreme; 07-31-2010, 02:09 AM.

A new variant of Unicorn has been launched couple of months back called DAZZLER...you might be intersted in having a look at that.
Xtreme and Hunk share the same engine...! So performance is same, mileage is same...but I always found that Xtreme has a slight edge over topend.
Anways..Xtreme/Hunk/Unicorn/Dazzler all can crusie comfortably between 85-95kmph. Crusing at speeds above 100kmph is fine...but Not suggested for longer durations on an 150cc.
Vibrations are there in Hunks and so in Xtreme..but they are resonant vibration that creep only at certains speeds...65-75kmph on most of the 150cc bikes excpet R15 where there are vibes..but after that they are gone uptill 110kmph atleast on my Xtreme. If there are vibe through out all the speeds then some thing wrong with the bike.
Choosing between Hunk and Xtreme is only the looks...what ever looks good to you..go for it.
I find Xtreme better looking in the majority of the angles than Hunk...purely personal opinion.
Happy buying...Just to update..there are rumored upgrade of Xtreme this september...A month of wait wont hurt I belive.

@riazmomin......thnx a lot bro for ur suggestions.......first of all i heard about dazzler & also know about it......it will be imported in Bangladesh after 6months.....so i wont be able to get it.....even pulsar 135ls hasn't been arrived yet. talking about styling well i do like xtreme's style better than hunk.i preferred hunk for its GRS. but now i can compensate it for cbz's styling & slightly better top end. well about new cbz xtreme....well i also i heard about it in ********** but later some1 confirmed that its not true.even if its true then i wont get it coz it'll take some time to arrive in bangladesh.
ok i wont drive for more than 100kmph for a longer time as u suggested.
u r saying that xtreme vibrates in the range of 65-75....so after 75 it goes way isnt it???
Now i'm sure that i'm going for xtreme.....thnx a lot bro......really appreciate it....

lol apache is never a low performer.. its equally good.. A better performer in terms of ripping in traffic and in speeds when compared to hunk/X-treme.. butwhen it comes to quality riding. the hunk/xtreme twins win. So go for hunk/xtreme if u ride a lot on high ways n u want a smooth ride without much vibes... if u r a city guy.. apache

i'm not talking about apache rtr160.....um talking about apache 150 which has lower power(13bhp maybe)&torque(12.3nm torque) than other 150cc's.....wanted at least 14bhp.....i also found out its pick up is less than cbz/hunk.....& lotz of vibrations.....thats why i called it low performer.....well just my personal opinion.....Originally posted by shrikky View Postlol apache is never a low performer.. its equally good..
