Is it a new bike? 42k is a damn good deal for a 150cc

is it still available in the market? does it have a ES?

IIRC they are good for 12,000 km... unless you are riding in v dusty conditions. Just clean them well dude... the service guys may not be doing it well. I'v cleaned my CBZ-X's filter only once, and even I found almost no visible dust. I cleaned it with my vaccum cleaner (blower) anyway, and found that it did make a noticible difference! So clean it well, at the right intervals even if you don't see any visible dust on it. In any case its so much more convinent to clean these paper filters compared to oiled foam ones...
