      • Hunks efficiency is a lil less than that of the Xtremes though both of them sport the same engine...

I get backaches and also aching palms, if I ride CBZ-x for that long. For shorter rides it dosen't matter much. Would not recommend it for long rides. But not everyone seems to get back aches due to CBZ-x... so you will hear differing experiences.

why the millage is low....i heared its more than cbz..by abt 2-3kmpl..!
            plz justify...
            fuel effficient--hunk/cbz...and why?

            • The cbz-x won't be a problem for just 40kms odd commute...I've done plenty of 150-200kms rides on it,but it's just me.A test ride or still better, borrow it from anyone of your friends(if they own one)and stick with it for a day. You'll know whether it'll suit your needs or not...Hunk is an equally good and better looking product though the riding position is said to be a lil sportier.I've rode one of my friends hunk but didn't notice much of it.The choice is yours bro...

Hunk is a tad heavier than the cbz.Even so,the mileage difference is not noticeable in the real world and depends a lot on your riding style and maintainance.

CBZ-X and Hunk have about same fuel efficiency, it all depends on the right hand twisting. My cousin is reporting 53kmpl in tumkur on my CBZ-X, on highways one can get 55+ (sane driving) and below 40kmpl (ripping).

Achiever is the most fuel efficient 150cc bike, close to Achiever is Unicorn.

Exactly, I have done few kms for 250 at each side..not a pain, ofcourse you need few stretched which is common on all bikes.

Like raccoon said, everyone may have a different experience. In my opinion all bikes are not "one size fits all" types. Though manufacturers aim at generic acceptance, that is not always the case.
Many people find the R15 to be perfect for long distances where as they find the Xtreme to be uncomfortable.
This is precisely the reason why most xBhpians recommend new bike buyers to test ride the shortlisted bikes for some distance so that they could get an idea of the comfort, performance and feel.

Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

                        • Generally sporty/inclined stances are not good for long rides. You will hear differing opinions about say a CBZ-x, but you will almost never hear anyone having a problem with say a Unicorn. So if unable to have a long test ride, you can use this simple fact to make a better choice.

For aching palms i guess an additional grip, maybe like a sponge one might work out.
