And for your kind information it was 70k in 2011. So let me tell you there is something known as time value of money.
Time value of Money:- The time value of money (TVM) is the concept that money available at the present time is worth more than the identical sum in the future due to its potential earning capacity. This core principle of finance holds that, provided money can earn interest, any amount of money is worth more the sooner it is received.
And the formula for time value of money is:-
FV = PV x [ 1 + (I/ N) ] (N*T)
Where,
FV is Future value of money,
PV is Present value of money,
I is the interest rate,
N is the number of compounding periods annually and
T is the number of years in the tenure.
So here Pv is 70k in 2011. Its 8 years and considering 7% roi on fd which is compiunded daily
So value in 2019 comes to 1.6 of 70k
That comes to 1.12 lacs.
And i have not yet taken into calculation labour costs, rising salary of employees, and rising costs of manufacturing.
So that throws out the concept of 1.1 lacs for 160 cc while i bought a 150 cc in 2011 at 70k. Also lets not forget taxes were low at that time.
And regarding personal experience a single bad experience can't term it bad.
And nothing is perfect in this world. Neither human, nor relationship, nor situation. We try to make anything and everything perfect.
