AFR mixture screw have two O rings, a spring and a metal washer.
Check in the carburettor cavity where you insert the screw for the metal washer. It could be stuck there.

Attaching two pics of the screw along with its packaging.

It would be better to change oil and seal if you think the oil has gone bad/is too old. Change your fork dust seal also. Those fine scratches might not be a problem.

Usually just the filter is replaced. That ring sits on the air box I think

But it should be anywhere between 1.75-2.5 turns.

                              Hello Guys,

I am having honda unicorn 2011 model, as you guys know the 2019 Unicorn comes with ABS. So just was wondering will it be possible to install same on mine too. Any idea if its possible, what would be the cost of Kit and what modification needs to be done. I think Disk and front fork needs to be change to install the ABS kit.
