    if Zma one's fits 200 then 200 one's should fit Zma,right?
    and what about the chain?
    P180 has 39
    P200 has 38
    P220Fi has 37
    and P220 DTSi has 36T

Uptil 2 or 3T there should be no major problem with the chain.

But, beyond the extent of more than 2 teeth change, one usually gets chain changed...
Under 2 teeth, one can adjust the chain play mechanism to fit it correctly.

I remember, when I had a custom 40 teeth on my P180 UG3, it was quite loose despite adjustments, due to 3 teeth less from stock.

Remember bro, on the IDEAL setting, the lower part of chain should have chain play, upto 1 inch. Hope this data helps.
My Apache RTR 160's rear sprocket is almost gone i want to change it to the one on RTR 180 which is 2 teeth more than the 160.
Will RTR180 sprocket be a direct fit on my 160.
Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

but pug4 180 uses 428 chain unlike p2xx which are using 520 and there respective diameter is much greater then those with 428 chain ;so if u use them on ur p200 there may be a premature failure of chain or sprocket , best bet would be to fabricate a new one for front with 13T.

Basically ur top end is f&*(ed.
installing 16 T would be a good idea as what i m doing with my unicorn . I too used to have 15\42 as well as 18".

                  Hi,
I do have a 2nd Gen Unicorn which has 15/42 stock sprockets.

                  I have a query,
On highway now i am able to do 80kmph @ 6500rpm (approx) in 5th gear,
now what should i do to attain the same speed at much less rpm say 5500 or 6000 (approx).

I think the rear sprocket has to be reduced, but by how much?
Which other bikes sprocket will fit directly to Uni.?
Which is the chain that i will have to use?
                  Etc

Please give detailed information on what all things i will have to change.

                  Thanks.

I beleive Karizma's Sprocket Should fit in it easily, Try it.. It is 40.

But this make the gearing taller as in what you want, if you are riding with a pillion in traffic,it will be a hell lot of problem, you would need to over rev each gear!!
and then Light also, would fluctuate accordingly!
Beacuse the charge will be on the revs!!

(I recvd your mail, have dropped the idea to get that imported!!)

No issues with pillion as most of the time i ride alone and regarding light i am running on DC

AFAIK ZMA's sprockets are thicker, right? So which chain i will have to put?
Can Unicorn's front sprocket and chain itself be fixed or any other ?

Even I wanne know the same thing, since I want to cruise at high speeds at lower rpm's :P

btw... a friend of mine got the clutch plates of his pulsar 150 changed at Reddy's.... instead of going for the regular 150cc clutch plate, reddy advised him to put the clutch plates of the 180cc...

The results were awesome... the bike can now do 80kmph @ 5500rpm and reaches 100kmph @ 7000rpm with ease...

I wanted to know if sumthing like dat can be done on the uni??

There should not be any adverse effects except the wear and tear of the chain.
