What's the price of the chain Sprocket of Duke 200? Also, can a Pulsar chain sprocket be fitted on the 200 Duke and which one is better?
The first gen Dukes came with four hole sprocket lug nuts and the newer ones come with 6 hole lug nuts. The Duke 200's sprockets were 14/42 and the Pulsar 220 if you mean this bike (as Pulsars have a wide variety of bikes under the name) uses 14/36 as far as my memory serves. If you can I'd suggest you replace your four hole to six hole lug setup, if yours is a four hole. If yours is a 6 hole, then stick to stock setup, it gives a perfect blend of torque and top speed, unless you want to undergear.
Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
I have the frist Generation duke with 4 holes and i don't want to upgrade to 6 holes rear sprocket
Please suggest me for 4 holes rear sprocket
I am planning to get it done next week
As the bike has not run from past 2 weeks

For your model Duke 200 the front and rear sprocket from all Pulsar's running on .520 pitch chain would be a direct fit with the exception of the NS200. Though chain length would be an issue unless you're fine with using a chain breaker to extend chain.
Say for example with the P220(14/36) chain kit you get a way taller FD ratio which enables you to cruise at high speeds at lower RPM.

are you looking for the stock chain/sprocket kit (4 hole) ? If so, isn't it available from ktm itself or have they stopped supplying this ?
if its not available from ktm, you can very well get the same stock 4 hole chain/sprocket kit from rolon directly (they are also the oem for ktm).
if you want to change the sprockets to a different size, then let us know what type of performance you expect, so that sprocket'ing can be suggesting accordingly.
the 4 hole set on the 1st gen duke had a +1 bigger rear sprocket (and iirc later batches got 4 hole with -1 tooth) vs the later 6 hole ones (Which are all 42 T).. 43T gives a slightly more peppy performance in the low/mid range. if you want a relaxed ride, you could go down 2-3 teeth max on the rear.. anything lower imo kills the peppy nature the duke is known for.
iirc, the 4 hole rear sprocket came in both 43 and 42 tooth configuration.
the stock p220 front sprocket 14T is the same as the one on the duke 200. in case you only want to change the front (since that is what wears out faster)
with the front you gotta be more careful.. as increase in the sprocket size could mess with the engine casing and damage the case if the chain hits it, i don't think more than +1 at front will fit in without causing issues.
Thankyou so Much for the Information[emoji106]
Got it Replaced
As the KTM service Centre was shortage of man power got the sprocket kit fitted by Local Vendor !
Hi guys, i have a stock 2016 Duke 200 BSIII and want to install a smaller rear sprocket, may be a 40T or a 39T, while keeping the front 14T sprocket untouched.
Request your inputs regarding the available options and if they would be a direct fit or not. I am not aware of the available combinations, the PCD, and chain pitch.
NEED HELP: I am looking for a new chain sprocket kit replacement on my Bajaj Pulsar 180 Dtsi Ug2 2006 (Fear the black model - The first model with the black engine and alloys with analog meter), I am sure It's running on a different teeth ratio currently so now I am looking for the stock teeth and chain links specs.
If I am not wrong the stock sprocket kit specs. are 15/43 T with 124 chain links. CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG.
The Genuine Bajaj spare part (36DJ4005 | 36 DJ40 05) is not available in the market near me, but I found a few OEM Vendor options online:
My cousin has begun to hate the tractor-like jump in 1st gear and the screaming rpm at 60 kmph. I suggested going for a sprocket with around 40T (stock 44T) at the rear or increase one tooth at the front. Any suggestions for a direct fit sprocket, either front or back?
Any suggestions for 428 pitch chain kit conversion for pulsar 220f? I want to keep the stock 14-36 gearing but in 428 pitch chain and sprockets. Main goal is to reduce unsprung mass and increase acceleration.

Ride safe guys!
If you want direct fit then go with this setup- NS200 chain kit(39T rear) or the RS200 chain kit(41T rear) and also change the sprocket hub from any of the two bikes.

If you mean to say carrier, then yes the carrier can be sourced from KTM from a newer model, along with the right cush rubber and can be used. I am not sure about online carriers, but you can get an OE one from SVC.
Cheers!

Hi all, I wanted to replace my pulsar rs200 rear sprocket to 42 teeth for better acceleration, I’m aware this will reduce the top speed and I’m okay with that.
Can someone please suggest a direct fit 42t sprocket for rs200?
