Is there a difference between the sprocket used in Splendor Plus and Pro? I think my chain is due for a change since it has started making some noise. I found a nice rolon chain for Splendor Plus. My mech said that it's better than the one used by Hero SVC. If there are no teeth difference, then I'll change it.

I think that the pitch will be the same, though the number of teeth may differ. Basically it will fit (same pitch) but may change the gearing (if the number of teeth are different).

And how exactly the gearing may change?

I can't say for sure without knowing the exact number teeth

Shorter shifts with less teeth or longer shifts with more teeth?

This is for the front sprocket. It is vice versa for the rear sprocket.

The official website has the same specs for both the bikes in terms of power, torque and top-speed. So both of them must use the same sprocket.

I too need to over gear my fz25. Hoping Dr. Manish has tried and got some solutions!

                              Hi riders..

Is it possible to alter the chain sprocket (without losing mileage, i dont mind if top or initial pick up slightly reduced)

so that Dominar can crawl in 2nd gear in those sharp humps/potholes for which bike needs to be below 15km/hr speed.
As of now below 19km/hr it begs for 1st gear showing jerk in 2nd.

                              Thank you..

You can go for a 42T rear sprocket from SNIPER AUTOMOTIVE
