• Rear wheels sprocket HELP!!

Hello..
I am in urgent need of some expert advice on sprockets.
I want to install 46T CBZ rear sprocket on to a CE 100 44T wheel drum, but the CBZ sprocket is a lol larger and cannot be bolted on to the wheel hub.

What are available options I can try to get it fiitted..

P.S : It is not possible to drill the w
holes onto the CBZ sprocket as the diff between the already existing holes and the bolts on the wheel hubs are such that they'll merge somewhat.

Try something from Bajaj's 100cc bikes itself. Best way to measure nutbolts on a bike itself, would be to use something like a half broken bangle (or something like pair of a scissors) and compare...
Most probably, your bike's chain pitch is .428. So, avoid 150cc+ bikes, as they have .520.

Very raely does someone try this on 100cc bikes, so not much data is available. If you do get it fit, let me know so that I'll edit the first post and everyone may use the data.

The 3rd post of this thread shows all the previous generation bikes and their Rolon sprocket combinations. I'll highlight some of them relevant to you...

CT100 old one/ Boxer CT Ktech - 46 or 47 teeth rear sprockets depending on model year.

CT100 Deluxe (July to December 2005) - 47 teeth sprocket.

I believe these might fit your bike directly. But its better to go to an aftermarket dealer because they have more time to experiment and they might not force you to purchase the kit, if it doesn't fit. Talk about this in advance. Let me know what happened.

Now that i have installed p220 rare sprocket i have a comparitively less rpm rev and initial speed and top end is restricted to 120-130 max. This engine was designed thinking it would reach 150 mark with ease. Kindly help me out to set my bike to the pourpouse it was built for.
the ns200 was designed with triple spark and the cdi unit works in tandem with that.
from the pictures, i assume that the entire top end, block+head is from a duke 200.. so assuming it is running on just one plug, with some custom cam etc as you mentioned.
so did you make any modifications on the ignition system of the bike ?
u better take it back to the expert that did this job for you and try and figure it out.. or provide as much proper technical information you can so that someone on the internet might be able to save help you.

Hi,

I have been looking forward to buy one too... Can you please explain if the price you mentioned is only for the rear sprocket (as I can only see the rear sprocket in your pictures) or the entire set (Front Sprocket+Rear Sprocket+Chain)?

Present ratio:- 45/15 = 3.

Proposed Ratio 1:- 46/14 = 3.285
Proposed Ratio 2:- 44/14 = 3.142.

Clearly, Ratio 2 has little under-gearing that's noticeable, but not much. Ratio 1 is better for a proper feel.

But, from which bike are you going to source the sprockets and chain?

I'm planning to get a 14 or 15 teeth front sprocket that suits the .520 chain for my RTR 200. What will be the cost? (not worth if it costs more than 500 bucks) (also I want the front sprocket only. I don't want to waste money by buying 2 sprockets and chain set)

Stock setup is 13 front, 45 rear.

Is there any adverse effect of overgearing?? (apart from a drop in acceleration)

Edit: I've found that the NS 200, RS 200, Pulsar 220 and Duke 200 (these all have the same front sprocket; may fit but will cause a speedo/odo error of about 7-8% to the lower side because the speedo/odo is linked to the engine output shaft) have 14T front sprockets and the FZ25 (won't fit – different shaft design and chain size – .428) has 15T front sprocket.

Samarth 619 Hey bro, do update the OP that it isn't advisable to use the ZMA rear sprocket on the P220 unless the owner is fine with replacing the studs(12x4) everytime the sprocket needs to be changed.

The ZMA rear sprocket is a super tight fix on the P220's hub due to smaller sprocket holes compared to stock, so over time, especially on installation and uninstallation the threads on the studs get compromised.

Just swapped back to the stock rear sprocket for some highway riding and figured things out the hard way.

Cheers, A.P.
