I own a 2019 Bajaj Avenger Street 180 run 13000 kms. I have changed the stock chain sprocket setup of 14T/38T six holes 520 pitch, 110 links to 14T/36T six holes 520 pitch 110 links of Bajaj Avenger cruise 220 which is a direct fitment. This mod helps in continuous cruising at 60-70 kmph. I used this setup for four months. Recently I changed the gearbox sprocket to 15T purchased from NMW Racing online which was meant to be used for NS200. This mod is awesome for longer acceleration and smoother RPM. Most recommended. I am also using NS200 carburettor with this setup.

Edit: 11-06-2025. Changed to Bajaj Pulsar 220F CDI (DK111072) and both ignition (ht) coils of P220F. RPMs have automatically changed with taller limits. Cruising at 90 kmph is even better with minimal vibrations. The purpose of adding this information here is gearing has now become similar to that of P220F.
